Questions To Ask Your Prospect:


- How are you currently spending your day?
- What are you responsible for?
- What are your current metrics?
- What tools are you using? What do you
love? What frustrates you with these tools?
- What does a day in life look like? Walk me
through how you spend a typical day.
- In your own opinion, what does your current
competitive landscape look like?
- What are the current trends in the market
that they are aware of? What winds are
blowing? What are you noticing?
- What books or publications are you currently
reading or have consumed recently? What are
your favourites?
- What changes in your business (if
applicable) are impending?

Desired State Criteria


- Desired Metrics
- Desired Outcomes
- Emotions Pertaining To Desired Outcomes

Questions To Ask Your Prospect:


- What are your goals in the next 6 months?
12 months? 36 months?
- What is the desired {metric} in 6 months?
- What matters more than anything else right
now to you? Why?

Questions To Ask Yourself:


- What do they secretly desire?
- What conversations do they have with their
spouses or partners at the end of the day?
What are they secretly yearning for?
- Why do they go to work in the morning?
What do these people really want?

Problem Criteria:
- Physical blockages preventing them from
transforming from the current state to the
desired state.
- Emotions pertaining to the blockages
(frustrations)
- Failures
- Implications of the problems

Questions To Ask Your Prospect


- What in your own honest opinion is
preventing you from getting to your goal? Why
do you think that is?
- What is screaming at you right now? What is
priority number 1?
- What is the second urgent problem? 3rd
urgent?
- What are you currently doing to solve these
issues? How much are you currently allocating
to solve these issues? What steps are you
taking?
- What have you tried before? What didn’t
work?
- What are you currently frustrated with? Why
are you frustrated?
- How do they feel about each of these
hurdles? Describe the level of frustration of
each hurdle.
