tourism and weather conditions of Baguio City in your travel time and itinerary. Be strict with time as late
examinees will not be accepted.

may not be necessarily allowed to enter the building premise.
While the final room assignments are not yet available, you may check your name from the list of qualified Baguio examinees
which will be posted at http://prcbaguio.blogspot.com. With the ongoing verification of the exam applicants against the
notarized list of graduates being submitted by schools, posting may still contain a PARTIAL LIST, meaning not yet the final
list, as the list will be regularly updated.
Emails concerning the absence of name in the PARTIAL LIST will not be entertained. Wait for the posting of final room
assignments to validate your name. If name still is not included in the final room assignment, send email to
[email protected], NOT to [email protected].
c. Report at the venue on or before 5:30 A.M as late examinees will not be accepted. Consider the traffic, tourism and weather
conditions of Baguio City in your travel time and itinerary. The call time is set early so you can check your assigned building,
but no examinees will be allowed to enter the exam rooms/halls until 6:30am.
d. Prepare to bring the following during the exam day/s:
1. Notice of Admission. NO NOTICE OF ADMISSION, NO ENTRTY (if lost, please email [email protected])
2. One (1) piece long transparent plastic envelope
3. One (1) piece long brown envelope
4. Two (2) or more pencils (No. 2)
5. Regular ballpens with black ink only. No using of sign pen, friction pen or technical pen. Check the Supplemental
Instructions to Baguio Examinees for this item if disallowed for your licensure exam.
6. Packed snacks and meals in TRANSPARENT/CLEAR containers/cellophanes with sufficient drinking water supply as no
one will be allowed to go out once inside the examination venue. Strictly no leaving of the examination room except for
restroom necessities. Have your breakfast as you will only be allowed to eat your meals and snacks during the scheduled
break time.
7. Medicine, hygiene and sanitary kits, and related supplies, when necessary
8. Additional layers of clothing, bring rain gears, and flashlights in case of power outage at the testing venue.

f. These items enumerated below shall be placed INSIDE YOUR BAGS, as these are NOT ALLOWED/REQUIRED at the
examination room:
1. Calculators which are programmable or with embedded functions especially CASIO FX991ES and CASIO FX-991ES plus,
including brand and model of calculators not included in the list of allowed calculators. Note, however, that for particular
boards that do not require use of calculator, all calculators of any kind and model are not allowed.
2. Cellphone, smart watches, ear plugs and other gadgets/devices which may be used to retrieve data/information and/or
communicate for whatever purposes
3. Books (except for professions allowing use of books), notes, review materials and other printed materials containing
coded data, information or formula;
4. Detached erasers, correction tapes/fluids
5. Friction pen, sign pen and colored pens other than the regular black ball pen
6. Highlighters
7. Sharpeners
8. Bangles, bracelets
9. Religious paraphernalia such as rosary, prayer book or leaflets, images and other similar items
10. Folders
11. Rulers
12. Handkerchiefs, ball caps, etc.
g. The following are no longer required or not allowed:
1. COVID vaccination card/certification/test result and submission of Annexes A, B and C of the JAO No. 2021-01 and JAO
No. 2022-01
2. Electronic copy of Official Receipt
3. Vehicles or motorcycles as no parking space is available
h. MEDICAL CONCERNS
Examinees with medical concerns shall send to PRC-CAR any documents bearing the medical condition for information of the
examination personnel, especially for response during emergency cases. If any, report to [email protected].

2. UPON ARRIVAL IN YOUR ASSIGNED ROOM
a. Wait for your Room Watcher outside the room. Your Room Watcher will conduct the mandatory inspection of your belongings
prior to entering the room.
b. Empty your pockets and turn off all electronics gadgets. Put all prohibited materials/belonging inside your bag, NOT in the
transparent envelope. Only moneys are allowed to be placed inside the plastic envelope.
c. Place your books, reading materials and other prohibited items in your bag. Leave your bag outside of the examination room
as identified by your Room Watcher. Your Room Watcher will not be responsible for lost items.
d. Meals shall be placed in a transparent container/cellophane. Remove labels of your water bottle containers. Your Room
Watcher will identify an area inside your examination room to place your food packs.
e. Check your Seat Number from the List of Examinees posted outside the room.
f. You will be guided by the Room Watcher to your particular seat.
g. On your desk, place your NOA, long transparent plastic envelope, long brown envelope, pencils and ballpen for inspection by
your Room Watcher. For examinations requiring calculators, these will same be checked.
h. On your brown envelope, using pencil, print your full name on the upper left hand corner. Write your seat number on the upper
right hand corner and then on the flap. Make sure that the brown envelope is empty.

10. DURING BREAK PERIODS
a. Strictly no accessing of bags, including the prohibited items like cellphone and similar gadgets, review materials, etc. Make
sure to have your food packs brought inside the examination room during the morning inspection.
b. You may take your meals during the break. Make sure to clean and dry up your desk.
c. Preparation for the next subject/s will be 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time of exam.
h. For restroom trips, ask permission first from your Room Watcher as only one (1) examinee will be allowed to go out at a time.
OTHER REMINDERS
STRICTLY NO CHEATING. The following, but not limited to, are CONSIDERED cheating pursuant to PRC rules as provided for
under Memorandum Order No. 57 dated September 7, 2020:
1. Impersonation or employing another person to take the exam in your behalf;
2. Leakage of exam questions, including the act of taking out from the examination room any question in the exam, copying and/or
divulging the content of the exam to any individual or entity;
3. Possession or use of codigo, crib sheets or other exam paraphernalia such as books, notes, review materials and other printed
materials containing principles or excerpts thereof, coded data/information/formula that are not authorized by the Board;
4. Possession of prohibited calculators (including programmable calculators, calculators with embedded functions and specific
calculator models as may be prescribed by the Board; Note, however, that for particular boards that does not require use of
calculator, all calculators of any kind and model are not allowed.
5. Possession of cellular phones, Bluetooth earplugs, transmitters, beepers, smart watches, portable computers or other similar
electronic gadgets/devices which have photographic features or which are capable of communication or transmitting information;
6. Collusion with any exam personnel of the Commission or third person for the purpose of obtaining favorable results in the exam
or gaining access thereto through illegal means;
7. Passing of notes or other suspicious objects to other examinees during the exam;
8. Engaging in conversation, including helping or asking help from any person, by means of words, signs, gestures, codes and
other similar acts in the course of the exam for no valid reason;
9. Copying or referring to any solution, answer or work of another examinee or allowing another examinee to copy or refer to your
solution answer or work;
10. Employing fraud in accomplishing and/or submitting exam records (includes tampering of exam records/documents, attaching
fake picture in the seat plan, etc.)
11. Switching of exam papers and/or seats or examinee number switching;
12. Making or leaving any distinguishing mark in the exam answer sheet (e.g.: writing of name and/or seat number on the answer
sheets);
13. Continuous answering of the exam after the announcement by the proctor that the time is up;
14. Giving or receiving money, food or any consideration for the purpose of extending undue favor, advantage or treatment to any
examinee.
OTHER PROHIBITED ACTS THAT ARE CONSIDERED VIOLATIONS. The following are considered violation of exam rules:
1. Bringing of deadly weapons inside the exam venue. The prohibition applies even to those who have permits to carry firearms
outside of their residence;
2. Bringing and/or drinking alcoholic drinks and/or smoking cigarettes within the premises of the exam venue;
3. Entering the exam venue under the influence of liquor, illegal drugs or other intoxicating substance;
4. Accepting or receiving anything, including food, from any person while the exam is in progress;
5. Loitering, talking or discussing the test questions and/or answers inside or near the exam room which tend to distract or disturb
the conduct of the exam;
6. Engaging in any violent, indecent, disorderly, threatening or offensive behavior or language (e.g. bullying, harassment, etc.)
within the exam premises, whether directed to a co-examinee or exam personnel, while the exam is ongoing;
7. Other analogous acts.
WARNING AGAINST FIXERS. The PRC further warns the examinees against dealing with individuals or entities claiming to be
connected with the PRC, or using the name of its officials, personnel, and/or members of the Professional Regulatory Boards, either
by presenting fake calling cards and other identification cards, including the use of its official logos, for personal or financial gain, to
facilitate and/or process the application and/or release of various PRC documents, or in promising examinees to pass the licensure
examination. The PRC disclaims all representations which are purportedly extended by these unscrupulous individuals. Please report
immediately to [email protected] any knowledge of such illegal acts. Checking of test papers is computerized and with no human
intervention. Test results are final and there is NO RE-CHECKING OR VIEWING OF TEST PAPERS pursuant to PRC Resolution No.
2004-223. DO NOT BE A VICTIM OF FIXERS.
EXAMINATION RESULTS. After the release of results, posting of ratings in the online verification system will only be available after
maximum two weeks. The system will be showing “NO RESULTS FOUND” if it is not yet available for viewing. For concerns regarding

1. CALCULATOR
• Only one (1) calculator is allowed to be used during the exam. Make sure to bring a conditioned and well-working unit.
• Borrowing, lending and substitution/replacement of calculators while the examination is in progress are strictly
prohibited.
• Only those listed in the attached PRC Resolution No. 1809 dated April 26, 2024 will be allowed. Other models and units
not listed therein shall NOT be allowed.
• BASIC calculators are also allowed. A basic calculator is one which only contains keys for the basic functions
(+, -, x and ÷). It may also have the memory keys (M+, M-, MR and MC). Calculators with TAX functions are also
allowed.
• Remove the calculator cover and place it in your bag. Calculators that will be used in the licensure examinations shall be
subjected to strict and thorough inspection.

• All examinees are required to leave their pockets out all throughout the examination day.

1. Check or verify your school/building assignments at the PRC official website (www.prc.gov.ph)
or through the Notices/Announcements to be posted at the PRC premises two (2) or three (3)
working days before the examination. Bring your Notice of Admission when you verify your
school/building assignment. Visit your school/building assignment prior to the day of the
examination.
2. Report to the school/building assignment before 5:30 a.m. on the first (1st) day of examination
to verify your room and seat number. Be punctual. Late examinees will not be admitted.
3. Examinees are required to wear the following attire every examination day:
3.1 Male Examinees - Tucked-in white polo shirt with collar (without any seal, logo or mark)

3.2 Female Examinees - Tucked-in white blouse or shirt with collar (without any seal, logo or
mark)

PROGRAMMABLE CALCULATORS ALLOWED TO BE USED IN THE LICENSURE
EXAMINATIONS”)
All personal belongings of the examinees shall be surrendered to the proctor and shall be
placed in a secured space within the examination room.
The rules on the conduct of bodily search, inspection of personal belongings of the
examinees, and the seizure/confiscation of prohibited items during the licensure exam
(Annex A of PRC Memorandum Order No. 57, s. 2020) shall be strictly observed

standards per DOH Circular No. 0324 (s. 2023)1 throughout the conduct of the
examination.
