0 Important Instructions:
I. Every group will get a maximum of 20 min for their presentation including viva.
2. All the students are required to meet their respective Guides regularly. Their meeting with guides
should be recorded in the given fonnat, and at the time of prese~tation, all are required to bring
the same.
3. Each group has to submit ONE copy of the project thesis forwarded/signed through respective
guides.
4. Project Thesis should be prepared on overleaf according to the given s~dard format by the
department.
5. Every group must be present at their presentation venue at least 15 minutes before the scheduled
time.
6. Issues regarding the late coming of students and Absentees will not be entertained in any case.
- 7. The project presentation will be evaluated by a panel of judges including external members.

8. The project guide and student team please ensure the proper formatting of the Project
Thesis report before submission, marks will be deducted for ·no proper formatting.
9. The team has to submit one Project Thesis copy and the guide meeting performa at the
time of presentation to the panel of judges. After the scheduled presentation, no further
modifications will be entertained.
