    BPOC RESOLUTION NO. 6 SERIES OF 2022

    A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF TIBGAO TO PASS OR


    ENACT THE APPROPRIATE LEGISLATIVE MEASURE IMPLEMENTING THE CURFEW HOURS OF
    THE MUNICIPALITY

    WHEREAS, to curb the acts of delinquency, teenage gang incidents and other violations of the law committed
    during night time in the Barangay, the Barangay Peace and Order Council of this Barangay agreed to encourage the
    Sanguniang Barangay to pass or enact the appropriate legislative measure to strictly implement the existing
    municipal ordinance imposing curfew hours for minors;

    WHEREAS, the body agreed that in order to improve its implementation and ensure its strict enforcement, a Purok
    Task Force must be organized as an aid to the Barangay Tanods;

    WHEREAS, the composition, duties and functions, scope of duty, as well as honorarium, must be provided in a
    legislative enactment to be issued by the Sangguniang Barangay to supplement the Municipal Ordinance on the
    Imposition of Curfew Hours;

    WHEREAS, the Barangay Peace and Order Council in its regular meeting last April 6, 2022 agreed that there must
    be a legislative measure to be issued by the Sanggunian of this Barangay in support to the Municipal Ordinance on
    the Imposition of Curfew Hours in order to attain its objective in reducing and eliminating any act of delinquency of
    minors in the barangays;

    NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of KGD. EDUARDO A. AFRICA duly seconded by KGD. JOVIT V. BELGA
    and duly concurred in by all members of the Barangay Peace and Order Council, be it resolved, as it is hereby
    resolved, to recommend the enactment of an appropriate legislative measure supporting and supplementing the
    existing Municipal Ordinance Imposing Curfew Hours for Minors;

    RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be furnished the Sangguniang Barangay of this Barangay
    for information and guidance.

    ADOPTED, this 6th day of April, 2022 at Tibgao, Canaman, Camarines Sur.
