FIX 11

UNIVERSAL HIGH INITIAL TACK ADHESIVE

Universal elastic adhesive based on MS polymer with high

initial bonding strength and with excellent adhesion on the
majority of building materials: concrete, brick, wood,
aluminium, iron, stainless steel, copper and various types
of plastics. It replaces mechanical fixing and it is ideal
solution for bonding of heavy parts.

PROPERTIES
• Ideal for bonding of heavy parts.
• High final bonding strength 350 kg/10 cm².
• Excellent adhesion to most building and metal
materials - concrete, brick, wood, aluminium, iron,
stainless steel, copper and various plastics.
• Excellent adhesion even to wet surfaces.
• Good extrusion even at low temperatures.
• It does not slide in vertical cracks.
• Shrinkage at curing is less than 1.5%.
• Chemically neutral and odourless.
• Environmentally friendly; free of solvent, isocyanate and silicones.
• It can be painted with most paints and varnishes based on epoxies, polyurethanes and water.
• Resistant to weather conditions, UV light and aging.
• Does not cause corrosion.
• Chemical resistance:
– good:
water, aliphatic solvents, mineral oils, fats, dilute inorganic acids and bases,
- poor or not resistant:
aromatic solvents, concentrated acids and chlorinated hydrocarbons.
• Colour: white.

TESTS AND CERTIFICATES

Food contact
GEV EMICODE EC 1 PLUS

AREA OF USE
• It is used for gluing of stair-steps, shelves, wooden trims, corner profiles, ceramic tiles, mirrors, and signs.
• To fill cracks.
• For various gluing in the household (in the kitchen, bathroom…).
• For various gluing in construction, automotive industry, mechanical engineering, shipbuilding, in the
manufacture of containers ...

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

• The surfaces must be solid, clean and free of dust and grease.
• Cut the cartridge by the thread, screw on the supplied V-neck tip and insert into the gun.
• Apply the glue by holding the gun vertically on the surface to get a triangular application of glue.
• Apply the adhesive to one of the glued surfaces in horizontal lines (line width approx. 8 -10 mm).
• After applying the glue, join both surfaces together.
• For gluing heavier parts, we recommend additional fastening.
• Tools and fresh mass can be cleaned with alcohol. The hardened mass can be removed mechanically.

PACKAGING
• 300 ml cartridge

STORAGE
15 months in a dry place at a temperature between 5 °C and 25 °C, in the original sealed packaging.
