Make sure you have the latest version of the Meta Quest app.

1️⃣ Log in or create a new account.
2️⃣ Once you’ve logged into the mobile app, tap "Menu" then tap "Devices".
3️⃣ The app should now automatically pair with your headset and controllers.

menu.
2️⃣ Hover over the clock on the left side of the menu. When "Quick Settings" appears,
select it.
