3 Module Walkdown and Yard RFLO Certificate


The Yard Ready For Load Out (RFLO) Certificate is to be issued at Fabrication Yard
level when the planned Construction and Commissioning scopes, as applicable, for
the concerned Module have been completed and the outstanding work identified and
approved.

2.5.3.1 Yard Module Completion Walkdown


Each Module will be walked-down by CONTRACTOR and COMPANY and Punch
items may be raised during walk-downs with the related agreed System Punch
category and recorded into the Completion database via EasyPlant© or have been
recorded as Carry-Over Work (refer to Carry over work Management procedure 3000-
D-EC-000-CN-PRO-0813-00. This RFI for Module Walkdown, “Notice for anticipated
completion” will be delivered at the latest fifteen days prior to the estimate date for
Completion.

COMPANY and CONTRACTOR (including his SUBCONTRACTOR(s) as applicable)


will perform the YMC Walkdown as scheduled on the YMC Walkdown RFI and will
issue to be input in the Completion Database.
The Contents of YMC Walkdown RFI is as follow:
 YMC RFI notice
 Status of the Database Module Punch List

Overall Status of Construction, Pre-Commissioning Commissioning QCFs


applicable for the concerned Module
Refer to Appendix C for the RFI form to be used.

2.5.3.2 Yard Module Completion and RFLO

A Module will be considered to have reached Yard Module Completion stage once
the following tasks are completed:
 All Construction, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning (following
Fabrication Yard scope of work) Work is completed in accordance with the
Fabrication Yard execution plan, module has been walked down, punch listed
and punch items categorized
 All Construction, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning point of view when
all Fabrication Yard activities and requirements (QCF’s) planned to be
performed have been completed and achieved. All the Carry-Over Work and
punch items have been recorded and agreed between CONTRACTOR and
COMPANY (refer to Carry over work Management procedure 3000-D-EC-
000-CN-PRO-0813-00)
Further to the approval of the Marine Warranty Surveyor, the Ready for Load-Out
Certificate (RFLOC) will be issued approving the readiness to commence the loadout
operation pursuant the Article 19 of the AGREEMENT.
A RFLOC Booklet will be issued by CONTRACTOR and shall include at least the
following:
 Booklet Index / table of contents
 RFLO Certificate
 RFI – walk-down duly signed off
 Overall module completion status
 Exception List
 RFC/MRFC/MAOC certificate (Copy of all applicable Sub-Systems involved
in the Module)

Outstanding System Punch List from Completion database


Refer to Appendix D for the RFI form to be used
