mechanical injury.
In case of fires, hazardous combustion gases are formed.
Material may accumulate a static charge which could lead static discharge.

4.0 FIRST-AID MEASURES

4.1 INGESTION
Without harmful to human, seek medical advice.
4.2 INHALATION
If symptomatic, move to fresh air, and remove inhalation substance.
4.3 EYES
Any material that contacts the eye should be washed out immediately with water. Get medical
attention if symptoms persist.
4.4 SKIN
Fused materials contact skin should be cooled immediately with cooling water and seek medical
advice. Don’t take off directly from skin.

Dispose in accordance with local and state regulations. Waste should not be released to the
sewerage, ground water and surface water body.

7.0 HANDLING AND STORAGE

7.1 HANDLING
After cutting, the foam has knife-edge. Don’t discard the mylar on the floor in case slipping. When
transfer or use, please using safety equipment.
7.2 TRANSFORMATION OF PACKING MACHINERY
Convulve film is heavy and the matters need attention of film is similar to general heavy material.
It will generate static charge during usage the film, please use ionotron. Take precautionary
measures against static discharges.
7.3 STORAGE
Keep away from open flame, heat and sparks. Store in cool place. Need earthing device to reduce
endanger of static discharge. Provide corresponding quantity and species extinguishing device.

17.0 INSTRUCTION
Factor:
1.Pressure
2.Tension
3.Speed
4.Environment

The pressure: The thermal transfer pressure of version is about 25 ~ 30kg / c ㎡, and the pressure
must be uniform, too small, the film unable to adhesion to substrates; too big, the substrate will be
deformation, especially the hollow panel.
Tension: The tension over too much will make the film overmuch stretched, the pattern broken
and unclear; but if the tension is too small, also make the surface uneven.
Speed: It is according to the quality of material for transfer.
Environment: No corrosive gas, speed ess than level 2, moderate 50 to 70 ° C, the temperature
about 20 ~ 30 ℃ is the best. The dust in the air as small as possible, because a lot of plastic-like
material with static electricity, will absorb the air dust, influence the quality of the film's surface .

PVC Film storage:

1. Keep stand up , do not lie down, bump and pressure.
2. Keep away from heat, temperature should be -25 ℃ to 25 ℃, humidity less than 60%.
3. The film can storage last for one year
