HPE ProLiant For Microsoft Azure Stack HCI
HPE ProLiant For Microsoft Azure Stack HCI
Overview
Overview
At a Glance
The HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen11 All Flash Node for Microsoft Azure Stack HCI Integrated Systems is
designed for Enterprise, Edge, and Retail use and offers a carefully curated choice of options and
continuous update testing for demanding virtualized, hybrid workloads requiring high levels of reliability with
hardware, services, and support "out of one hand" with seamless integration into Microsoft's Azure public
cloud services.
Provide scaling from a single node in non-critical environments up to 16 All-Flash NVMe or SAS SSD
nodes per cluster, with single node scaling increments.
Based on industry-leading ProLiant DL380 Gen11 servers with configuration flexibility within the
envelope of AS HCI validated options - Cores, Memory, Storage, and Networking.
Factory integrated for quality and faster time-to-value, with on-site hardware installation and power-up
included.
Initial onsite AS HCI operating system configuration and network switch configuration available as
separate, optional add-on service elements.
Available specialized support for Azure Stack HCI based on Tech Care Essentials.
Ongoing testing of Microsoft AS HCI OS patches and Hewlett Packard Enterprise driver updates at
HPE AS HCI labs on reference nodes offer peace of mind.
Choice of available HPE Aruba Networking and HPE Networking Comware network switches
compliant with AS HCI requirements.
While cloud architectures are growing fast with enterprises, not all workloads are suitable for public cloud.
Data sovereignty, privacy, IP, compliance, performance, and network latency make public cloud infeasible
or impractical for specific workloads and applications. Private and hybrid cloud solutions can bridge this
gap, but designing, deploying, and supporting them on your own can be complicated, risky, and expensive.
Powered by a dedicated virtualization OS platform consumed as an Azure cloud service, refreshed annually
and combined with the rock solid HPE ProLiant platform, HPE ProLiant for Microsoft Azure Stack HCI
Integrated Systems offers the ease of an appliance-like solution experience including the security and
efficiency of the HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen11 platform augmented by HPE deployment and configuration
services, available AS HCI compliant HPE Aruba Networking and HPE Networking Comware switches and
rolling testing of any AS HCI OS and driver updates for confident operation of your important workloads.
HPE and Microsoft partner to provide you with a seamless experience from initial configuration and
deployment to sure-footed management and the benefits of cloud services and integrated support
experience.
