I am excited to apply for the Nutrition Officer position. I am very impressed by the
significant responsibilities CARE Ethiopia offers and I wish to offer myself as a candidate
for the post. I am a graduate from Assosa university Having Bachelor of Science in public
health officier and I have 5 years of progressively responsible experience at the different
Health center in Tullo Woreda of the West Hararghe Zone in different positions including
as Health Center (HC) Director (PHCUD) and also in different position in ADULT & Under 5
OPD & PHEM focal person, MCH/Delivery referral focal person, in HC (Apr, 2019 – till,
2022). Also I transferred to Chiro Town Health Center in 2015 and worked As Adult OPD
and Nutrition Focal person. After 5 months stay, I am serving as the Head of Chiro Health
Center (7/7/2015 up to Now).
Furthermore, I had a sound working relation with partners with activates that have been
done together. So I strongly believe that my education back ground and experience will
help me to participate actively on deferent development project. In addition, I am hard
worker would like to face challenge and believe in team work, I Will be glad if you could
consider my application and let me compete for the above Position.
Currently, I am working as Adult OPD & PHEM Focal person at Chiro Health Center (HC) in
Chiro Town of the West Hararghe. I enclosed all my student copy, CV and Experience as a
