menanyakan seseorang dan suatu benda serta menanyakan bagian tubuh.

PRE-TEACHING ACTIVITIES
1. Context building SB p. 78 5’
(Vocabulary)
 You might play “Simon says”.

Or
 Ask the class to stand up. You do a small exercise together.
 Give the instructions and move together with your students. You may say
this way:
- Wiggle your right leg.
- Wiggle your left leg.
- Bend your right knee and lift it up.
- Put your right foot back to the floor.
- Bend your left knee and lift it up.
- Put your left foot back to the floor.
- Raise your arms up.
- Wiggle your hands.
- Lift your head up.
- Face your head down.
 Repeat and get the class to say the instructions together.

2. Listen and number SB p. 78 5’


(Vocabulary)
 Ask the class to stand up. Audio
 They will listen to the audio.
 When they hear the body part mentioned in the audio, they move like the
earlier activity.
 Play the audio.
 Get the class to open their books on p. 78 (Vocabulary) and complete the
exercise.

WHILE-TEACHING ACTIVITIES
3. Presenting the language SB p. 78 10’
(Language)
 Draw a chart of two columns. Whiteboard
 Ask the class, “Do you have two hands?”
 Your students will likely say “Yes.” Repeat their answer in a complete
answer, “Yes, I do. I have two hands.” Ask the class to follow it.
 Write the question on the first column and the answer on the second
column.
 Ask the class again, “Do you have three hands?”
 Your students will automatically answer “No.” Repeat their answer in a
complete answer, “No, I don’t. I have two hands.” Ask the class to follow it.
 Again, write the question on the first column and the answer on the second
column.

4. Practice 1: Listening SB p. 79 5’
(Listening)
 Ask the class to open their books on p 79. Audio
 Tell them to look at the blank bubbles and the choices of answers in A. Ask
them to fill in the bubbles while listening to the audio.
 Play the audio.
 Check the answers.

5. Practice 2: Speaking (acting out the conversation) SB p. 79 10’


(Listening)
 Write the following questions and answers onto pieces of A4 paper. Write
in big letters so that the whole class can read them.
 Each will look like the following:

Do you have 2 arms?


Fold into two
parts

Yes, I do. I have 2 arms.

 Here are the sentences you can put onto the folded paper:
- Do you have 2 arms? / Yes, I have 2 arms.
- Do you have 3knees? / No, I don’t. I have 2 knees.
- Do you have 2 legs? / Yes, I do. I have 2 legs.
- Do you have 3 hands? / No, I don’t. I have 2 hands.
- Do you have 2 heads? / No, I don’t. I have 1 head.
 Put the class into 2 groups, A and B.
 Show the first question and Group A asks the question. Flip the paper.
Group B answer it.
 Do this 2x.
 Swap the roles. Group B asks the questions and Group A answers them

6. Practice 3: Singing SB p. 78 (Song) 10’


Audio
 Retype the full lyrics, gap the body parts.
 Retype the choices of answers on the board (you might add more body
parts).
 Put the class into groups of 4. Share each group the gapped song sheet.
 Tell the class that they have to guess which body parts fit in each verse.
One verse has one body part.
 Play the audio, twice if necessary.
 Let the students do the activity while you monitor them.
 Check the answers together.
 Sing the song together (use the movement if necessary).

POST-TEACHING ACTIVITIES
7. Find and circle WB p. 46B 15’

 Use the worksheet from Workbook p. 46B. Copy it based on the number of
the group.
 Put the students into groups of 6.
 Have each group to sit in one row. Number the members of the group 1 to
6.
 Share the worksheet to Students 1. Time them to find the first word (head).
When the time is up, Students 1 hand the worksheet to Students 2. Time
them again to find the second word (arm). Continue up to the last word.
 Check the answers by touching your head, arm, hand, etc. Let the class say
the vocabulary.
