    PARKING RENTAL AGREEMENT

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    This instrument made and executed in Quezon City, Republic of the Philippines by and between the
    following:

    MR. ANDREW C. SIOATONG & MRS. ANNABEL C. SIAOTONG, Filipino of legal age, with
    Postal address THE FLAIR TOWERS NORTH TOWER UPH-10 DMCI HOMES, RELIANCE ST.
    MANDALUYONG CITY PHILLIPINES herein after jointly referred to as the LESSOR:

    MS. PAMELA DHOREEN GUEVARRA JASMEFilipino of legal age, with Postal address THE
    FLAIR TOWERS NORTH TOWER UNIT 3402, RELIANCE ST. MANDALUYONG CITY
    PHILIPPINES and herein after referred to as the LESSEE:

    WITHNESSETH

    WHEREAS, the LESSOR is the absolute owner of a ONE (1) Parking Slot in THE FLAIR TOWERS
    NORTH TOWER BASEMENT 3 LEVEL SLOT 0674 DMCI HOMES PARKING SLOT
    BASEMENT 3 SLOT 0674 OR B3-0674.
    Referred to as the LEASED PREMISES.

    TOWER: BASEMENT 3 PARKING SLOT # SLOT 0674 OR B3-0674 SOLO PARKING.

    WHEREAS, the LESSOR agrees to lease out the property to the LESSEE is willing to lease the same.

    NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the LESSOR leases unto the
    LESSEE and the LESSEE hereby accepts from the LESSOR the LEASED PREMISES, subject to the
    following terms and conditions:

    1. TERM OF LEASE:

    1 MONTHS DEPOSIT(REFUNDABLE) & 1 MONTH ADVANCE (CONSUMABLE
    ON THE 1ST MONTH TOTAL OF 11,000.00 PAYMENT SEND BY THE LESSEE MS.

    TO OWNERS BDO ACCOUNT. ACCOUNT NAME: ANNABEL C. SIAOTONG,

    MONTHLY RENTAL PAYMENT THRU ONLINE BANK TRANSFER PAYEE IS
    ANNABEL C. SIAOTONG OWNER/LESSOR

    4. LESSEE TERMINATION OF CONTRACT AND LESSEE VERY DELAYED


    PAYMENTS FOR MONTHLY RENT WILL BE CONSIDERED AS BREACH OF
    CONTRACT.
    THE 2 MONTHS DEPOSIT AND 1 POST DATED CHEQUE OF THE LESSEE WILL
    BE FORFIETED AUTOMATIC IN FAVOR OF LESSOR.
