Background of the topic:


For many mental health issues, research demonstrates that this can be just as
helpful as in-person therapy. Online Cognitive-Behavioral Treatment (CBT) was
shown to be just as effective as in-person therapy in treating mild depression in a
review of trials. Another study indicated that for panic disorder, social anxiety
disorder, and generalized anxiety disorder, online CBT was just as beneficial as
face-to-face treatment. It has even been demonstrated to help people stop gambling
problems. People in rural or remote places can receive mental health care through
this way. Because there are few or no mental health practices in rural regions, those
who reside there may not have access to any other sort of mental health therapy.
People in need of help may find it difficult to travel large distances and take time
away from their hectic schedules to seek in-person counseling.

Although most of the individuals who weren’t that confident to go out in Public can
be Challenging. Other than the use of technology, most of us can’t really rely on
staying online, that could also be a cause of boredom and distress. But other than
the outside world, It’s still attractable to see how we interact things from how we go
to one place to another. As a matter a fact, interacting with people may be a problem
sometimes to our interactive senses mentally. For first timers of course, we may see
them as mischievous persons who are thoughtful for themselves. And that is why
when you’re in a community together, things may work out later, even in the simplest
ways we should help each other when its needed mostly for the sake of a healthy
community and the growth in the society.

Aims to ease the problem by consulting a therapist in this time of pandemic and
even just at home can protect your mental health. Because of this pandemic, many
people experience any type of mental health condition, so virtual counseling has
been made so that someone can fight any mental health conditions. And also virtual
counseling is much better than face to face counseling because the patient don’t
need to go in the hospital and meet his doctor that can cause much struggle for the
patient. The patient can take his therapy anywhere using his gadget, that way the
patient can go to a peaceful place and relax after taking his/her therapy online that
helps to fight any mental health condition.
