UNDERSTANDING FATS: UNCOVERING THE NARRATIVE
During this cleanse, we purposely avoid introducing significant amounts of fats until the transition
period during dinner on Day 5. Radical fats, where most calories come from fat, whether healthy or
not, are excluded for a reason. This decision stems from recognizing that people have often
followed high-fat and high-protein diets throughout their lives, knowingly or unknowingly. When the
blood is laden with fat, it thickens, leading to dehydration and hindering the body's ability to flush out
toxins.

DAY BY DAY: HOW YOU’RE HEALING

up dreams that touch on past experiences or are simply different from normal as emotional wounds
heal.

DAY 5
Day 5 is a transition day. When you bring in half an avocado with dinner, you’re letting your body know
it’s time to slow down the cleansing process. While you’re still cleansing on this fifth day, you signal to
your liver by reintroducing a little bit of fat in the form of avocado that the cleanse is coming to an end.
After four days of being fat-free, this is an adjustment and recalibration period, to get you ready for
whatever diet you choose after the cleanse.
