Pre-Employment Requirements Orientation - How To Guide
Step 2. Fill out the login form with the email address and password you used during REALMS
registration and ePDS completion.
Note: Upon second incorrect login attempt, users will be required to complete the captcha again.

Step 1. After successfully logging in, you will be redirected to the candidate home page. Scroll
down and click on the Play PRO Video
NOTE: In case the Pre-Employment Requirements Orientation option is not showing, please
proceed to the Troubleshooting Tips section below.
Step 2. Once the video loads, press the full screen mode.
Step 4. After watching the full video, exit the full screen mode of the video player and
click the Ok button on the prompt that will be displayed for you to be redirected to our
IVI Tool Enablement Questionnaire.
Step 5. After watching your Pre-Employment Requirements Orientation video, you will be
redirected to our IVI Tool Enablement Questionnaire.
Note: You will only be able to answer the survey once. Please input the details accurately to avoid
delays on your start date.
• Step 5.1. Please provide your consent that we will be using your personal information to
successfully have you onboard with Accenture.
• Step 5.2. Once you have provided your consent, please answer all the succeeding
questions for your access to our Onboarding tool be enabled without any delay.
Step 6s. After answering all the succeeding questions, click on the Submit button to record your
completion.
Troubleshooting Tips:
• Do a hard refresh on your browser to reset all settings of the web sites saved in your
browser
1. Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Safari: CTRL + SHIFT + R
2. Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge: CTRL + F5
• Safari (iPhone)
1. Open Settings.
2. Scroll down to Safari.
3. Scroll down and select Clear History and Website Data.
4. A pop-up message will appear, notifying you that this will remove the data from
your device and other devices signed into your iCloud account. Tap Clear History
and Data to confirm.
