When I put the values inside of transistors, as we see below of this, we get 1.5 value from the
circuits. As we know that, Vbe=Vt*ln(Ic/Is) is the formula to find Ic or Vbe so that we changed the
transistors. Va is early voltage and it shows that a small increase of their collector current with VCE.
Beta is effective at calculating currents.

When we needed small signal we need to use sine voltage so that we can see that
It is reverse graph. So that we can see that the aim of differential circuit is used to amplify signal so
that we need two input signals which is reverse of both these. As we see at below image, we see
two different signals which is reverse of it. If we want to calculate the gain, we need to use
gain=Vout/Vin.
c-) If we want to change input signal minus and plus 10mV, we can get sine input. We found sine
output at below image.

According to my math calculations, I need to get 1.5 V but get 1.2 V at output. It’s because of my
transistor inputs. Because As we see at first question, we have input values that reshape the
transistor. I found W at 50u because I unfortunately get too high Vout values if I choose other
values. As we see at question, we don’t need to change L value.
b-)
As we did at first question, I applied the same process which is for small signal input. I multiplied
with -1 and get two reverse input for circuit. I used same formula to calculate the gain.
c-)
Vout1-Vout2 is put in X-axis while y axis represent Vin1-Vin2 so that we can get differential
input/output characteristics. It’s bit complicated to get this value but I finally got it.

As we see at below image, we can see rise edge. I can see edge of saturation at circuit at
rise of graph.
b-)
When I decreased transistor 20% , I can see that the Vout is decreasing at 20%. It was a little
bit complicated to calculate the resistance value. According to my math calculation, I didn’t need to
sweep resistance value.
