The parcel(s) was marked as “Delivered” on 08/ 18/2023, according to the victim’s statement, a packages were missing and not
delivered to their destination.
The amount of damage was estimated at 1,236.42 USD .

After the customer did not find the orders in the box near the front door, according to the victim “I went back home worried and
immediately wrote to Amazon customer support, the support agent for this situation requested a report from the police department, I first
tried to solve the situation, as I thought the a packages were lost, but as far as I understood Amazon checked and the item was stolen by
an “unknown person”

It was discovered that Amazon provided a tracking number to track the shipment

This items were ordered at “ 12115 Biscayne Blvd, MIAMI, FL 33181-2711,USA ” from “Amazon.com website” Amazon.com
Services LLC” 08/13/2023.
After a detailed study of the shipment tracking history and consultation with an TBA representative, the customer service officer
is responsible. It was discovered that the packages had the status “Delivered”, the victim claimed that he recieved empty boxes.
“12115 Biscayne Blvd, MIAMI, FL 33181-2711,USA” which is the victim’s residence, there are 2 outdoor “Secure VFK
LLC ”. A representative of this security company provided video and audio recordings made by outdoor surveillance cameras on the day of
delivery on 08/18/2023.
During a detailed study of the materials provided by a representative of a private company, it was found that day there was a delivery to
TBA to the address “12115 Biscayne Blvd , MIAMI, FL 33181-2711,USA”, where the victim lives. After receiving the
information, it was decided to request a delivery schedule from TBA for a courier who delivers parcels to the victim’s plase of
residence. During the study of the courier’s schedule, it was found that he had on delivery to this address in 08/18/2023. After
analyzing all the information received, it can be concluded this parcel(s) not delivered to the victim. It was also not handed over to the
courier for delivery. We accept the victim’s message about the theft and proceed to investigate, we interviewed a local courier,
neighbors near the victim’s apartment. Jenifer, a local elevator security worker, confirms that the courier did arrived on the day of delivery
08/18/2023. Stephany opened boxes however it were empty. Confirming Jenifer’s words, we arrived at the local branch of the Amazon.com
Services LLC warehouse.
We interviewed employees checked the stock of parcels in the warehouse received that day and sent for delivery the neхt day.
It were discovered that packages were sent for delivery, after checking the surveillance video, we found that appoхimatery at 06:48 A.M. on
warehouse were opened and items were stolen. Surveillance cameras on the warehouse street recorded that the suspect got into a Mitsubishi
Montero Sport blue color, with license plate 87912 and left around 06:59 A.M. We were unable to determine the trajectory of the
vehicle by the CCTV cameras, as the suspect changed the vehicle.

The victim provides us with sufficient grounds and evidence to confirm that criminal acts were committed against him in accordance with
