Environment:
Carbon Emissions & Reduction Initiatives
TCPL has made signi cant progress in reducing its greenhouse gas emissions. In FY 21-22,
absolute Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions decreased by 1% and 3%, respectively. This was
achieved through a number of initiatives, including:
• Installing solar panels at its manufacturing facilities in India and the UK.
• Replacing old machinery with more energy-ef cient equipment.
• Implementing water conservation measures, such as rainwater harvesting and water
recycling.
• Partnering with waste management companies to recycle and compost its waste.

point of actions TCPL is looking to achieve this by 2030. The company is also working to

TCPL is also committed to reducing its water consumption. In FY 21-22, water
consumption per unit of production decreased by 2%. The company is committed to
