DAILY ROUTINE
Revisão

I wake up, brush my teeth, take a shower,


do my hair, have breakfast and go to work.
Eu acordo, escovo os dentes, tomo um banho, arrumo
meu cabelo, tomo café da manhã e vou trabalhar.

DAILY ROUTINE
Grab my things
I grab my keys
I grab my wallet
I grab my phone
I grab my laptop before I leave the house.

Go to work/school
I go to work at about 8 o’clock
I go to work every day at 8:30am.
I stay at home because I work from home.

Have lunch
I have lunch
I have lunch at 1pm. at the school cafeteria

The next thing I do in my day is…
I go home.
I go to the gym.
I go for a walk.

When I get home


I check my social media.
I watch TV.
I talk to my wife/husband/kid.
I do the laundry.
I do the dishes.
I relax.

The next thing I do is…

I make dinner
I have dinner with my family/mom/dad…

After that…
I do the dishes
I wash the dishes
my wife washes the dishes
my husband washes the dishes

Example 1: After I have finished work, I go


home to cook dinner. In my house I usually make
dinner. The family eat dinner together at 7:30pm.
Exemplo 1: depois de terminar o trabalho, eu
vou para casa cozinhar o jantar. Na minha casa, eu
costumo fazer o jantar. A família janta junto às
19h30.

DAILY ROUTINE
Example 2: After work, I go to the gym, and there I
exercise for 45 minutes, then I go home and have
dinner with my family. Before going to bed, I spend
1 hour checking my Instagram.
Exemplo 2: Depois do trabalho vou para a
academia, e lá eu me exercito por 45 minutos,
depois vou para casa e janto com minha família.
Antes de ir para a cama eu gasto 1 hora checando
meu Instagram.
