CHAPTER SIX

RECOMMENDATION AND CONCLUSION

6.0 Introduction
This chapter includes the works that have been done during the previous documentations of this
project. In addition, this chapter will recover the objectives of the project and illustrates how the
work of this project meets the project’s objectives. Also, it discusses the experiences that have
been gained during this project and it includes the future recommendation which capture how to
extend this food ordering system for restaurant’s in the future.
6.1 Conclusion
Illustrate by concluding below strength and weakness.
6.2 Achievements
The main objective for this project is to develop food ordering System for the customer and
managers especially Duunyo System in Mogadishu. There are the details of the project have
been achieved:
I. To study the current restaurant’s systems in Somalia.
ii. To design food ordering system, regarding learning how to work managers and
restaurant’s in Somalia.
iii. To develop the proposed system and test it.
6.3 Limitations
Every project has its own weaknesses so, we presented here some of the weakness and limitation
features of the System will provide to the users at the time of operations. During the process of
developing this project, some difficulties and problem were faced. Some of these difficulties are
related to the writing of the report and others related to the implementation and design. The most
important challenges faced are highlighted as follows:
• Writing the code of the project was the difficult challenged to face.
• Server security and maintenance
• The implementation of the project Information was a Challenge to overcome.
• Difficulties were faced during design the of the project.
• Lack of time was also one of the challenges faced during the implementation of the system.
6.4 Future enhancement
It has been achieved the final phase development of Duunyo system and it is like any other
system. It needs improvements and maintenance. The future enhancements of the system are as
follows:
I. To improve the security of the system
ii. To add mobile application to the system, so that it may has apps
iii. To extend scope of the project.
6.5 Concluding remarks
A lot of experience has been gained during this project such that the literature review provided
knowledge of existing system of food ordering systems for customers and manager, and also it
helps in identifying the weaknesses and the strengths of the developing system by comparing the
features of the system that is going to be developed with three existing systems which are related
to it.
During the methodology study, it identifies the software engineering methodology for any
software engineering system. Moreover, one of the most experiences gained during this project
was the methods used to get the requirements from the user and doing the practice in analyzing
the collected requirement to achieve the objectives of the system.
