1.2.1. User Interface

User Story
As a User I can filter and view the Course Schedule so that I can print or download the schedule.
Acceptance Criteria –
I am a logged in User.
The course schedule is updated by the backend
The pdf viewer must be installed in the system.
The printer must be integrated with system.
Navigation> Home page > Main Menu > View Course Schedule
The “View Course Schedule” page will be displayed with the following filters by default –

 Select Course
 Select Subject
 Select Semester
I can select the dropdown values and click on “View Schedule” button.
Once clicked the user will be displayed with the schedule in a calendar format. The calendar must be displayed per month with weeks
and days. Each date must be displayed with following data-
 Time of the lecture
 Location
 Name of the lecturer
I can click on “Next month” or “Previous Month” to move forward or backward.
Only the published calendar’s will be available for viewing.
I can click on “Download” button to download the calendar. The calendar must be downloaded in pdf format.
I can click on “Print” button to print the calendar.
I can click on “Cancel” button to cancel and go back.
