Introduction:

Thank you for coming. I am pleased and thankful that you signed up
and came here to participate in this in-depth interview. Please be informed
that your participation here will only involve answering questions that will
focus on your experiences as a technical working group. I am looking forward
that the valuable information you will provide here will pave the way to the
success of this educational undertaking.

This interview is confidential—I won’t be associating your name with


what you say here—which means I would like you to use your first name only
today. I will be recording the whole discussion so for I do remember what I
hear. Your response will be dealt with the utmost confidentiality and no one
else will have access to the information you will give including that of your
identity and other personal information.

I would like to assure you that there is no risk involved in participating


in my study and that there will be no negative consequences if ever you
choose to withdraw or refuse to answer the questions that I will ask.

Finally, please feel welcome to ask any questions about the procedure
at any time during the interview.

You would do me a great favor if you answer each question as
