Week 3

Day Activities Carried Out


1 Studied and implemented ProgressBar and ProgressDialog.
Developed a ProgressBar using a thread. Created registration and
login pages.
2 Learned about ListView and successfully implemented it. Gained knowledge of
GridView and ImageView and implemented both.

3 Explored ScrollView and implemented it. Added validation to the


login and registration pages. Learned about Toast and created a
custom Toast.
4 Learned about TimePickerDialog and DatePickerDialog and
implemented both.
5 Gained an understanding of Android components. Studied Intents
and Intent Filters and implemented them with all their attributes.
6 Explored the Activity and Activity Life Cycle. Successfully
implemented the Activity Life Cycle.
