FS2 6th storey and above Per Block 3,600.00

To engage Consultant or Building Surveyor to conduct condition


survey on external wall finishes on building façade by physical
inspection and thermography scanning for more than 10 blocks

FS3 5th storey and below Per Block 2,800.00

FS4 6th storey and above Per Block 3,150.00

To engage Consultant or Building Surveyor to conduct condition


survey on external wall finishes on low rise building façade (5th storey
and below) by visual inspection and thermography scanning. The
dimension shall be girth X height of the inspected area

FS5 Up to 30m girth X height of the building Per 300.00

FS6 Up to 60m girth X height of the building Per 600.00
