四、急救措施 First aid measures
过量吸入：立即将患者移至空气新鲜处，必要时给予人工呼吸或氧气，并立即就医
Excessive inhalation: Move patients to fresh air immediately, if necessary, give artificial respiration or
oxygen, and seek medical care immediately.
眼睛接触：立即将眼皮撑开，以缓和流动的水及非刺激性肥皂冲洗患部 20 分钟以上，如疼痛不止，应立即
就医
Eye contact: Immediately hold the eyelids open and flush the affected area with gently running water and
non-irritating soap for 20 minutes or more; if pain persists, seek immediate medical attention.
皮肤接触：缓和流动的水及非刺激性肥皂冲洗患部 20 分钟以上，必要时应立即就医，如沾到工作服上应立
即换掉并清洗干净方可使用
Skin contact: Gently flowing water and non-irritating soap to rinse the affected area for more than 20
minutes, if necessary, you should immediately seek medical attention, if stained on the work
clothes should be immediately changed and cleaned before use.
食 之：给患者喝下 240-300 毫升的水，以稀释胃中物质，不可催吐，立即就医若呕吐，让患者身体前
倾，以避免吸入呕吐物，并反覆漱口
Swallow: Give the patient 240-300 ml of water to dilute the substances in the stomach, do not induce
vomiting, immediately seek medical attention if vomiting, let the patient lean forward to avoid

六、泄露应急措施 Leakage emergency measures

个人注意事项:确定清理工作是由受过训练的人员负责；穿戴适当的个人防护用品如口罩、手套等。
Personal notes: determine the cleanup is performed by trained personnel; wearing appropriate personal
protective equipment such as masks, gloves and others.
环境注意事项:移开所有的引火源；对漏区通风换气；通知政府与职业安全卫生及环保相关单位
Environmental Precautions: Remove all ignition sources; ventilate the leak area; notify government and
occupational safety and health and environmental protection agencies.
清 理 方 式:不要碰触外泄物；避免外泄物进入下水道或狭隘的空间内；在安全许可的情形下，设法阻止，
一般用砂土掩盖或减少溢漏；大量泄漏时，联络消防、紧急处理单位和供应商以求协助。

处理：此物质是易燃性和毒性液体；工作场所保持通风并隔离火源、热源；工作区应有“禁止烟火”标识
Handling: The liquid materials is flammable and toxic; maintain ventilation in the workplace, and isolate
the fire and heat sources. There should be a “non-pyrotechnic”logo in the workplace.
储存：容器保持密封并存放于阴凉、干燥、通风以及阳光无法直射的地方；避免热源，火源；贮存区与工
作区应分开并有适当的灭火器和清理溢漏的设备；（限量贮存）

急毒性：挥发气体会刺激眼睛,粘膜和皮肤;高浓度会引起麻醉
吸 入:
1、短暂的暴露于 200ppm 浓度，会刺激鼻和咽喉
2、暴露于高浓度（大约 10000ppm），会引起动作不协调、失去意识、呼吸衰竭甚至死亡
皮 肤：液体会刺激皮肤引起红斑、干燥脱脂，长期接触会引起皮肤炎
眼 睛：其液体挥发气体会刺激眼睛
食 入：
1、因食入而吸收，产生抑制中枢神经，症状如吸入所述
2、若吸入,食入或呕吐时将物质吸入肺部，可能导致肺部刺激，肺部组织受损或死亡
死 亡:人类或动物误食或吸入量超过一定量会导致死亡

Acute toxicity: Volatile gas will stimulate the eyes, mucous membranes and skin, high concentration gas
may cause narcosis.
Inspiration:
1.Exposed to 200ppm concentration in a short period, nose and throat will be stimulated.

consciousness, respiratory failure and even death.
Skin: Liquid will stimulate the skin, causing erythematic. The skin will be dry and skimmed. Long-term
exposure may cause dermatitis.
Eyes: The volatile gas of liquid will irritate the eyes.
Ingestion:
1 、 Absorbed by ingestion, resulting in suppression of the central nervous system and
symptoms as described for inhalation.
2、If inhaled, the substance is inhaled into the lungs when ingested or vomited, it may lead to
lung irritation, lung tissue damage or death.
Death: Accidental ingestion or inhalation by humans or animals above a certain amount can
lead to death. LDM：50mg/kg（White rat，devour）LDM：10000ppm/6H（White rat, inspiration）
