The Drill has been conducted in compliance with SOLAS, Ch.III, Reg. 19.3.4 & Ch.III, Reg. 19.4.2
Sounded General Alarm & announcement on the public address order to abandon ship drill .
Checked Emergency lighting for mustering and abandonment tested -OK
All crew mustered at Muster station in due time. Checked operations of radio life-saving appliances.
Checked that crew are suitably dressed & lifejackets are correctly donned. All crew proceeding to FFLB.
Engine started and running 3 min ahead and astern.
Give explanation about Life Boat equipment, provision, survival in cold water.
Dismissal drill. All crew instructed as for usage of life saving appliances. Report on the bridge.

Abandon the ship using LB

Sound general alarms ( Seven or more short blast followed by one long blast.)
Crew mustered. Head count all crew - check for missing or injuring person(Report on the bridge)
Master's order: announcing of emergency situation, LB will be prepared for abandon the vessel.
Check that personnel are suitable dressed to minimize cold shock, if direct entry into the sea is necessary
take thermal protective aids .Provide instruction in use of ship's LSA and salvage at sea.
Checked Emergency lighting for mustering and abandonment tested -OK
Provide instruction in LB launching procedure.(Report to bridge)
Provide instruction in life boat engine starting procedure.(Report to bridge)
Check a knowledge by crew of duties as described in the Muster List and in the Training Manual.
Check and Training that EPIRB,SART x 2,EMERGENCY VHF's x 3 taken in to survival crafts.
Lifeboat is lowered to water level. Crew is boarding by embarkation ladder.
Four cew members inside lifeboat.Start engine LB-no remarks
Making voyage around of vessel.
Lifeboat make fast hooks.
Pick up, stowed and secured LB boat in to position.
Provide instruction in life raft launching procedure.Report on the bridge.
Dismissal drill. All crew instructed as for usage of life saving appliances. Report on the bridge.

All Emergency Oil Spill Prevention Equipment have been brought to source of oil spill - 5 min.
Pump adjusted - 2 min. Additional training & explanations in the proper use of Oil Spill Prevention
equipment have been provided.
Mount floating booms arround spill film.
Oil pollution prevention team in protective clothing limit of oil spill and clean up
on board using hand tools, sorbents,emulsifiers, portable pump (if applicable).
First aid team to be ready to provide medical treatment if it will be necessary.
Further actions/communication as per QSMS procedures and Emergency Cards.
refer to Emergency Check List .
If discarded oil escape overboard.
Stop oil operation immediately.Take all necessary measures to Stop further outflow of oil over side into
the sea. The oil pollution team clean up the oil contained on deck by handy means into portable containers.
The Master mast without delay report to the local port authorities on the incident throught agent.Specialized
equipment and personnel for oil spill clean up are to be ordered.Make entries into ship's log book and oil
record book regarding all circumstances of the oil spill.
During drill crew were acted,instracted & trained accordingly Emergency Card.

Crewstaff prepared anchor for emergency letting go. From Bridge contact & cooperate with (if required , tugs).
Engine staff locate in E.R. for reparing.

Wind gale force 8. very rough sea. Ship lost 5 knots of her speed due to head on wind and rough sea, was
pitching, rolling and laboring heavily, shipped water on deck. List reached 15 degrees on each side. Upper
deck, hatch covers, vents and containers were being continuously awashed.

containers, anchors lashing. Close all watertight doors and vent. Report to bridge
Check weather and forecast. Forward report MSC, P&I. Take photographs where possible.
Additional lashing deck cargo and containers made. Report to bridge.
Compile heavy weather log extract. Notify all interested parties. Monitoring course and speed
Issue note of Protest on arrival port.
All actions/communication as per QSMS procedures and Emergency Cards 10/11, refer to Emergency
Check List.

The Drill has been conducted in compliance with SOLAS, Ch. III, Reg. 17.1 and Reg. 19.3.3.6.
Participants: all crew. Location: Rescue Boat, p/s.
Rescue Team have got ready (immersion suits' wearing) in 2 min. Rescue boat was ready for
launching for 4 min. Rescue boat Engine tried ahead/astern for 3 min. No remarks.
Theoritic training course for Williamson Turn performed. At the end of Drill,additional training and instruction of first-aid
treatment of hypothermia and other first aid for the crew has been provided in compliance with SOLAS,
Ch.3,Reg.17.1;Reg. 17.1;Reg.19.4.2.2 and MSC 1/Circ/1447

Possible injuries while gripes of rescue boat under davit, during embarkation,
falling objects from ship's side.
