Web Collection System Features

1. Dashboard
Observe all activities, such as payments and customer visits, in each area and branch
according to the data access rights the administrator has granted.
2. Management
a. Area
Manage all the data for areas that are registered in the application.
b. Branch
Manage all the data for branches under each area that is registered in the
application, and manage the absence location for each branch.
c. Customer
Manage all customer data, like personal information, collateral data, and
payment histories.
d. Collector
Manage all collector data, like where the collector branch and area are
registered, the status of each collector, and absence locations.
e. Daily Visit Assignment
Manage all the visit activities, like the collector assignments, visitation status,
and payment status, when the collector visits.
f. User
Manage user registrations for accessing the web application.
g. User Access
Manage the user access for the application rights to decide data access for
each branch and area.
3. Report
a. Visit
Generate a report for all visits using the date picker (daily, weekly, or monthly).
b. Payment
Generate a report for all payments using the date picker (daily, weekly, or
monthly).
4. Tracking
a. Collector
Track the location of each collector and display the data using the map point
location and also showing the full address of the map point location.
b. Visitation
Track based on the results of visits made by collectors to customers.
c. Area and Branch
Showing all the collector locations for each area or branch.
5. Developer
a. Visit Configuration Form
Manage the form input when the collector visits the customer’s location.
b. Assignment Configuration
Set up configuration for task assignment to all collectors based on parameters.
c. Task Type
Set up the task type for each visit.
d. Payment
Set up the payment method in the mobile application.
e. Email Configuration
Set up the email configuration to send the transaction receipt to the customer's
email.
f. General Configuration
Setup general configurations like the company logo, company name, and
mobile application version.

Mobile Collection System Features


1. Visit Assignment
Receive all the visit assignments from the admin side (web application).
2. Tagging Location and Tracking
Tagging location as a customer's location and also tracking history of trips that have
been made by collectors
3. Absence
Able to do absence using the mobile application.
4. Visitation Photo
Take photos as evidence when visiting the customer’s location.
5. Send Receipt by Email
Send the transaction receipt by email to the customer.
6. Offline Visitation
Able to do transactions when visiting the customer, even when the mobile application
has no internet connection.
