My Performance Tasks

Performance Task 1 Complete the Structured Frame.

I need to undergo teaching internship because this will provide

me the opportunity to experience a real classroom setting. My
teaching and learning will improve as I acquire the necessary
exposure to become a skilled educator. Students that undertake
an internship will have a long-lasting impact on their lives. This
will enable us to fully understand the role we have chosen for
ourselves in society as student interns. A teaching internship will
assist us in improving and developing our teaching knowledge
and abilities as we pursue a career in education. We can also
learn from each other and get the information that we all desire to become great
educators.
Performance Task 2

Phase 1 Phase 2 Phase 3 Phase 4

Sessions. and building demonstration
relationship. and accomplishing
exit forms.

Among the 4 Phases of internship, which seems difficult? Why?

Among the 4 Phases of internship, Phase 2 which is the Observation and

building relationship seems difficult to me. It is hard for me to become socially
connected to people especially that my social battery is easy to become less whenever
I am with people that I have met for the first time. I am a type of person that I want
people to initiate first with me. I can stay connected to them as a long as they
approached me first. As a teacher, I know that this kind of attitude is not okay.
Overtime, I can work on how to be connected to students without waiting for them to
initiate first. I must show them that I am confident. I am working on to become one of
the role models of our society.
