If you can understand these questions, you will probably pass the CISSP exam. I
wouldn't worry about the scores too much; they are just meant to provide a helpful
metering of your progress. The scores don't matter as much as knowing which
choice was correct, and more importantly why the other choices were incorrect.
That's the real value to extract from each practice question. This way, you might
find the actual exam easier. But really, the real exam is unlike any practice
questions out there including mine. The scores you're getting on those other test
engines will be average, trust your process you should be fine with it.
For the practice questions, were you able to eliminate 2 choices and clearly see
that the other 2 were incorrect? Were you able to consider cost, risk, human life
before security? I know it's a security exam but it's actually a business exam,
meaning profits come first (after human life).
