To keep abreast with modern technology and design to optimize production and enhance brand image to obtain international recognition to company product.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Saver + will be a partnership business with six partners; it will be focused on the manufacturing industry of soap. The business will be registered as Saver + SOAP INDUSTRIES which will be a soap manufacturing unit. The profit generated is going to be from sale of Saver + soap. The overall objectives and goals are to provide the consumers with high quality products at competitive prices. There is a competitive environment in the soap industry. One could exist in the market and make a room for its products by charging comparatively low price for superior quality. No one could satisfy the customers, only, by offering the high quality but there is competition among all the attributes of the product i.e. competition in smell, color, size, shape, design, packing, ability to dissolve, foam and creaminess of the soap. Although there are a huge number of local soap manufacturers, but they are providing very low quality products to the customers, therefore, Saver + has the chance to jump into the industry and provide high quality products at comparatively low price and by providing high margin to the retailers. Approximately 15 employees will be required to perform the various functions like marketing, operations, and accounts. The partners as a general manager and Managing Director will supervise the business.

INTRODUCTION OF REPORT

This report includes the current industry situation of the product, nature of the business and location of the business. It also includes the organizational hierarchy. It includes the all steps of new product development process like Idea Generation, Idea Screening, Concept Development and Testing, Business Analysis (Demand Estimation, Cost Estimation, Capital Estimation), Market Plan (Customer Analysis, Market Segmentation, Product Positioning, Marketing Mix), Product Development, Market Test, Commercialization.

CURRENT INDUSTRY SITUATION

Many companies are manufacturing the flue-controlling product in Pakistan. These companies are fulfilling the consumer needs in regard of quality. Many companies provide higher quality product with a cheaper rate.

NATURE OF BUSINESS
The nature of the business is the partnership. We are six partners and will contribute money, property, time, skills and care to the business and will equally share the profit and losses of the business.

Our manufacturing unit is located in Ali purr bypass near The Punjab University Gujranwala Campus.

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT AND TESTING We estimate that there are 250,000 populations in Gujranwala district. Every third person faces the flue and other dangerous external diseases. We test our product (Saver +) by preparing and solve the following questionnaires from Gujranwala people. 1) Are you suffering from flue deceases? Yes No 2) Which product you use from flue recovery? CUSTOMER ANALYSIS
We met different customer who suffer from flue deceases and conclude that they use the Nasal spray from the recovery of flue and pay fifty rupees for this product. The process of dividing market into groups having distinct needs and wants. We have divided the market by using the Health Segmentation, in which we divide the market into groups according to the different Health that consumers seek from the product.

Product Development
We develop a sample of the product to check its demand. Developing Process

The batch kettle boiling method until shortly after World War II, when continuous processes were developed made soap. Continuous processes are preferred today because of their flexibility, speed and economics. Both continuous and batch processes produce soap in liquid form, called neat soap, and a valuable by-product, glycerin (1). The glycerin is recovered by chemical treatment, followed by evaporation and refining. Refined glycerin is an important industrial material used in foods, cosmetics, drugs and many other products. The next processing step after saponification or neutralization is drying. Vacuum spray drying is used to convert the neat soap into dry soap

pellets (2). The moisture content of the pellets will vary depending on the desired properties of the soap bar. In the final processing step, the dry soap pellets pass through a bar soap finishing line. The first unit in the line is a mixer, called an amalgamator, in which the soap pellets are blended together with fragrance, colorants and all other ingredients (3). The mixture is then homogenized and refined through rolling mills and refining plodders to achieve thorough blending and a uniform texture (4). Finally, the mixture is continuously extruded from the plodder, cut into bar-size units and stamped into its final shape in a soap press (5).

Market Testing
To check the market demand of the soap we give the product to the customer as a free sample and give the product as lower price.

Commercialization
After the successful market test the product is launched in all target market of Gujranwala. We select the most famous public places and some towns like Wapda Town, Settlite Town, and Model Town etc.
