A2 Assignment for Mid-term evaluation-AM3, AM8 (20%) Students are expected to work with team
then build up an e- commerce project. Group of students will develop a project proposal only.

The format of the project includes three main parts as below:

Part 1: Introduce the overview of project – project charter (20 marks)

- Overview of app/ website/ or both

- Explore reasons why pick up these products

- Benefits of building app/ website

- Sources of products to sell on app or website

Part 2: Explore function on app/ website (30 marks)

- Students should modify the appropriate function on app/ website for sellers (register, main board,
products/ customers, products order, account, products manager, membership card) - Students should
modify the appropriate function on app/ website for buyers

- Students should modify the appropriate function for app/ website for admin

- Build up estimated duration for intended projects (survey, demanding analytics, design, build up
website/ programming, tester, implementation operational support.

- Build up estimated costs for projects

- Build up estimated needed human resources for projects

- Build up Gantt for projects

- Students should present the way to manage risk and how to close the project

Part 3: Evaluate the projects (10 marks)

Each group has 15 minutes for doing presentation on 03 and 08 April, 2024 and will get 40 marks for
making presentation, 60 marks for writing report.

A3 Final report – AM7 (50%)

Each group completes the final report following recommendation from instructors and other students
and then submits it (soft copy) to the LMS page

making presentation = 30 mark
