*Achieves some objectives, however most are below the minimum
standard required.
*Not demonstrating the RQBE Values to an acceptable level.
*Will need to raise performance, perhaps in conjunction with a more
formal performance improvement procedure.
In case of Rating 1 or 2 probation will be extended and the employee will be put on a
PIP for 2 months
