REMINDERS TO PARENTS and GUESTS BEFORE THE PROCESSIONAL


GENEVY Good morning, everyone!
In a few moments from now, we will start our program.
At this point, may we invite all our graduates together with their parents to
go to your respective areas for the processional.
Family and guests are expected to show courtesy by refraining from leaving
their seats in order to take pictures or by talking to graduates.
Thank you for your cooperation.
GRADUATION CEREMONIES
PROCESSIONAL
ROSE-GIE Graduation day is always a day of rejoicing for it marks the conclusion of an
educational journey and the commencement of another more uncertain and
more difficult part of mans quest for better life and future.
GENEVY Truly, today, signifies the culmination of many years of hard work in the
relentless pursuit of knowledge: knowledge that will enable a person to
embrace opportunities and take on challenges with clear vision and purpose.
ROSE-GIE Ladies and Gentlemen, please welcome the Grade 12 Graduating Class of
School Year 2023-2024 together with their parents.
(Processional of Graduates)
GENEVY Let us welcome the Faculty and Staff of Balete High School, our Confirming
officer Sir Jay Morado – School Principal of Aroroy East Central School, our
guests, brgy. officials and the school head.
(Processional of Faculty, Staff, Guests, and Administrators)
ROSE-GIE To begin the ceremony, let us all remain standing for an invocation through
an audio presentation, followed by the singing of the Philippine National
Anthem and SDO Hymn Masbate to be conducted by Ma’am Antonette
Cedillo.

Please be seated.
GENEVY Graduation is a sacred rite of passage. It’s the act of crossing a threshold
after years of hard work and studious dedication into a new beginning of a
new life stage.

BOTH Good morning! Welcome to the 1st Commencement Exercises of Balete High

School with the theme “Kabataang Pilipino para sa Matatag na Kinabukasan
ng Bagong Pilipinas.”
ROSE-GIE At this point, let us all lend our ears as we listen to the words of welcome by
Ma’am Genevy Badillo, Grade 10 Adviser. Let us give her a big round of
applause please.

Thank you, ma’am, for the warm and heartfelt message.


GENEVY To present to you the candidates for graduation, may we call on Ma’am Zaira
Mae Borja, Grade 12 Adviser. Around of applause.
ROSE-GIE Now, to officially confer our candidates for graduation and to deliver his
message, let us all welcome Sir Jay Morado, School Principal of Aroroy East
Central School. A big hand please.

Thank you so much sir and congratulations to the graduates!


GENEVY Today, we invited our beloved guest to inspire us all. And to introduce our
Guest Speaker, let us welcome on-stage Ma’am Beverly Manlapaz, LSB
Teacher. Applause please.
ROSE-GIE Thank you, Sir Arnold for that inspiring message to all of us especially to the
graduates. To express our gratitude, may we call on our school head Sir Alvin
P. Young to present the plaque of appreciation to our guest speaker. The
citation reads:
GENEVY We will now proceed to the awarding of medals to the honors and deserving
students. May we request, once more our school head, Alvin P. Young
together with our guest Sir Jay Morado and the adviser to do the honor.
ROSE-GIE At this moment, let us welcome on-stage Ms. Ma. Lourdes Boston, with High
Honors, to deliver her words of gratitude.
DISTRIBUTION OF CERTIFICATES/DIPLOMAS AND MEDALS TO THE GRADUATES
GENEVY At this juncture, may I call on the Grade 12 class adviser, Ma’am Zaira Mae
Borja to lead the distribution of Certificates, Diplomas and Medals to the
graduates. May I request once more the presence of our school head, guests
and brgy officials as congratulatory panel on stage.
ROSE-GIE Congratulation graduates!
At this moment, may I call on Mr. Cegie Belmonte, with Honors, to lead the
Pledge of Loyalty. Graduates, please stand.
GENEVY Please remain standing. This time, may I welcome on stage Ms. Sarah M.
Caballero, With High Honors, to lead the Oath to the Alma Mater.
ROSE-GIE The Grade 12 Graduating Class will now sing their Graduation Song and

tribute to the parents. A warm and round applause please.
GENEVY To formally close today’s event, may we call on our School Head to give his
acknowledgement. A resounding applause please.
ROSE-GIE Ladies and gentlemen, the RECESSIONAL.

GENEVY The closing hour has finally arrived. Tomorrow, new challenges, and
opportunities await our graduates that will further test them as individuals. As
they continue their journey, may they look back to this stage in their life with
