Pricing - Terms & Conditions


1. Pricing & Inclusions - Razorpay Rize offers three types of incorporation services: Pvt Ltd, LLP, and
OPC, priced at INR 6999, INR 5999, and INR 6999, respectively. Each package includes DSCs, DINs
(for 2 directors/partners), name approval application fees, stamp duty for authorized capital up
to ₹1,00,000, MoA, AoA, PAN, TAN, COI, and LLP agreement (where applicable).

2. Additional charges Scenarios


a. For companies getting incorporated in Madhya Pradesh, Kerala, Punjab, Karnataka, and
Rajasthan due to higher stamp duty.
b. Extra charges for additional directors (if more than 2 directors/partners).
c. Additional charges for name approval re-application in the event of rejection ( in first two
attempts ) or expiry of the initially approved name application.
d. Stamp paper and notarization charges are not included in LLP agreements. The same has
to be borne by the customer.
e. Additional charges for DIN/DSC reactivations.
f. Any other services availed which are not part of the above-mentioned package. g. Any
revisions in Government fees occurring before or during the incorporation process are to be
covered by the customer. Please note that Razorpay holds no influence over these fees as
they are solely determined by governmental regulations.

3. Post-Incorporation Services - All post-incorporation services are independently managed by the


CA vendor.

Refund - Terms & Conditions

1. Full or Partial Refund applicable


a. Miscommunication:
i. If there is a miscommunication regarding the scope of services covered in the
incorporation package (before initiation of the incorporation process).
b. Unforeseen Circumstances such as:
i. In the event of a sudden regulatory change impacting the incorporation process,
making it significantly more complex, or rendering the service unattainable.
ii. If a customer faces a personal emergency issue, experiences a change of mind
before the initiation of the process, or if a director/partner decides to back out
unexpectedly, leading to the impossibility of completing the incorporation
process (proof mandatory).

2. No Refund applicable
a. If the incorporation process has commenced, and government fees have already been
incurred.
b. Once the final incorporation forms are submitted for approval on the MCA portal, the
process becomes irreversible, and therefore, no refunds can be processed.
c. If the customer opts to terminate the process due to circumstances such as being unaware
of post-incorporation compliances, personal issues, pausing the process indefinitely, or
any potential additional costs incurred during the incorporation process.
d. If all/any required documents are not available/submitted, the process can be put on hold
until 90 days. If no update is received from the customer then the process will be
terminated and no refund will be issued in such cases.

3. Any Chargeback requests will be dismissed by default. Refund consideration will be given only
when the full/partial refund conditions are met, and relevant proof is shared via the official Rize
email address (as detailed in point 4).

4. Any refund request needs to be communicated to [email protected], providing valid


reasons and supporting evidence. The Razorpay Rize team reserves the ultimate authority to
assess and decide on the eligibility of refund requests, with the discretion to approve or deny
them as deemed appropriate.

5. For any eligible refund requests, the verification and processing period will be completed within
3-4 working days before the amount is credited to the customer.
