SECTION 1: IDENTIFICATION
WARNING
Harmful if absorbed through skin or swallowed.
Causes moderate eye irritation.
May cause allergic skin reactions.
INGREDIENTS: (% w/w)
FIRST AID
If on skin or Take off contaminated clothing. Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15-20
clothing: minutes. Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.
If in eyes: Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes. Remove contact
lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing eye. Call a poison control
center or doctor for treatment advice.
If swallowed: Call a poison control center or doctor immediately for treatment advice. Do not give any
liquid to the person. Do not induce vomiting unless told to do so by a poison control center
or doctor. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
If inhaled: Move the person to fresh air. If person is not breathing, call 911 or an ambulance, then give
artificial respiration, preferably mouth-to-mouth if possible. Call a poison control center or
doctor for treatment advice.
Have the product container or label with you when calling a poison control center or doctor, or when going for
treatment. You also may contact the National Pesticide Information Center at 1-800-858-7378 for emergency
medical treatment information.
Note to Physician: This product contains petroleum distillates and may pose an aspiration pneumonia hazard.

SPILLS OR LEAKS: Recover free product. Add sand, earth or other suitable absorbent to spill area.
Minimize breathing vapors. Minimize skin contact. Open all windows and doors. Keep product out of
sewers and watercourses by diking or impounding.
Keep out of reach of children. Do not contaminate water, food or feed by storage or disposal.
HANDLING: Wear proper safety equipment specified in Section 8 when mixing, loading or otherwise
handling this product.
STORAGE: Store and transport in an upright position. Store in original container in a cool, dry
area.
EXPOSURE GUIDELINE(S):
VENTILATION: Provide general and/or local exhaust ventilation to control airborne levels below the
exposure guideline. Ventilate all transport vehicles prior to unloading.
Engineering Controls: Pilots must use an enclosed cockpit that meets the requirements listed in the
WPS for agricultural pesticides [40 CFR 170.240(d)(6)].

INHALATION: Excessive exposure to mists or vapors generated by heat may cause irritation to
eyes, nose, throat, lungs and respirato1y tract.
SKIN Practically non-toxic if absorbed through the skin. Substance may cause slight skin irritation.
Contact with heated product may cause thermal burns.

INGESTION: Harmful or fatal if swallowed. While ingesting or vomiting. may enter lungs and
produce damage.

ENVIRONMENTAL SUMMARY: Do not apply directly to water, except as directed for use on this
label. Aquatic organisms may be killed in waters where this pesticide is used. Consult with the State
agency with primary responsibility for regulating pesticides before applying to public waters to
determine if a permit is needed. Do not contaminate water when disposing of equipment washwater or
rinsate. Drift and runoff may be hazardous to aquatic organisms in water adjacent to treated areas.
Pesticide Disposal: Wastes resulting from the use of this product may be disposed of on site or at an
approved waste disposal facility.
Refillable container (275 gallons): Refillable container. Refill this container with pesticide only. Do
not reuse this container for any other purpose. Cleaning the container before final disposal is the
responsibility of the person disposing of the container. Cleaning before refilling is the responsibility of
the refiller.
Return container to point of purchase for reuse with seal intact and in salable condition. Before
refilling, inspect thoroughly for damage such as cracks, punctures, bulges, dents, abrasions, and
damaged or worn threads on closure devices. After filling and before transporting, check for leaks. Do
not refill or transport damaged or leaking container.
To clean the container before final disposal, empty the remaining contents from the container into
application equipment or mix tank. Fill the container about 10 percent full with water. Agitate
vigorously or recirculate water with pump for 2 minutes. Pour or pump rinsate into application
equipment or rinsate collection system. Repeat this rinsing process two more times. Then, offer for
recycling if available, or puncture and dispose of in a sanitary landfill, or by incineration, or, if allowed
by state and local authorities, by burning. If burned, stay out of smoke.
FIFRA INFORMATION:
This chemical is a pesticide product registered by the Environmental Protection Agency and is subject
to certain labeling requirements under Federal pesticide law. These requirements differ from the
classification criteria and hazard information required for safety data sheets, and for the workplace
labels of non-pesticide chemicals. The following is the hazard information as required on the pesticide
label:
