CARPARK STANDARDISATION FOR GREATER CONSTRUCTABILITY | OBJECTIVE

OBJECTIVE

1. Standardize carpark design to meet increasing need to integrate social


communal and commercial facilities (SCF/CF) on ground level;
and comply with new requirements such as Future Ready, Car-lite,
Adaptable Roof Garden etc.

2. Leverage on standardized carpark design to improve constructability


and achieve 40% improvement in productivity by 2030 over the
baseline of 2010.

 Local Suppliers : CKR, Greyform and Precast Concrete
have confirmed that they are able to design 13.6m
long HCS only from the given MSCP loading.
 To work with local precastors to ensure respective
design parameters are considered in Guide Drawings
