Instructions

1. Group yourselves into 10


2. Any time you meet take attendance and at the end grade all
of you on 20. Not more than two persons should occupy the
same position. Save as pdf and send alongside your work
3. If the last names are not up to 10 round them up ie 4 added to
last names of 5 upward forms their group.
4. Create folder like Group 1 MKT or Group10 INS
5. Do all the given assignment and copy into this folder
6. The complete work should be handed to the ccs before the
25th of this month. The CCs should hand to the main CC before
the 30th of this month.
A) MS WORD Format given by doing the following:

1. Create folder like Group 1 MKT or Group10 INS.


2. Copy given work into your folder, name it by group name.
3. Design the first page to serve as the cover page with page borders and good colouration.
4. Align the entire document properly.
5. Properly arrange the pages per the content
6. Give chapter heading font size 20 and let them appear at the rightful positions
7. Section the work using section breaks such that each section is numbered properly.
8. Create a table of content let chapters appear with a very large font size but page number
not indicated.
9. Explain how to remove section breaks

B) MS EXCEL: USE THE GIVEN MARKS AND DO THE FOLLOWING

1) Arrange the Names in alphabetical order


2) Find MAX Score amongst all the max
3) Find the Minimum in Computer
4) Find AVERAGE Score to 2 decimal place
5) Count all the marks less than 15
6) Count all the marks more than or equal to 15
7) Count all the empty spaces (no marks)
8) Class average
Add more columns and do the following
1) Total marks considering the coefficients in brackets eg Computer 10 and sport 0
2) Find the average score per student
3) Rank the students in order of merit
4) Rank the students in order of demerit
5) Use the if function and on the next column, give remark to the students such that;
out of range if greater than 30, Excellent if greater than 27, Very good if greater
than 24, good if greater than 20, fair if greater than 15, Average if greater than or
equal to 14 otherwise repeat.
6) Arrange the document for printing such that SN, NAME , MATTRICULE AND
SUBJECTS REPEAT
7) This school is located up station Bamenda Named “Hilltop Innovative University
Institute (UNIHIL)”. Produce a logo for the school
8) Using the logo produce above create a letter head for the school on a transcript.
9) Use the mailings in MS word to import all the data from the mark sheet into the
transcript for each student.
10) Print screen of one of the transcript and post here
11) Explain how you will print the first 20 transcript

C) MS PowerPoint:

1. Summarise given work and present it on MS PowerPoint not more 15 slides.


2. Arrange the slides to auto play with sound
