Dear PNBians,

Banking sector has evolved significantly over the years and has been a key driver for
business growth. Technology has changed the way banking is done. Strong regulatory
framework following global standards have led to emergence of specialized functions
such as Risk and Compliance Management. Specialized functional roles such as Digital
Banking, HR, Cyber Security, Treasury and Forex require engaging staff specialized in
these functions to increasingly match the evolving business context.

Therefore, to create a pool of officers specialized in certain domains, concept of job


families has been introduced. For improving competencies of the workforce, job family
wise information has been reorganized at one place in a new dashboard named ‘PNB
Gyan Kosh’. The dashboard has been customized to segregate learning material/
documents as per Job Families to allow the staff members easy access to relevant
information specific to their job roles and responsibilities.

This link shall provide seamless and efficient navigation to a range of resources such as
Knowledge Park, Saransh, videos, SOPs, manuals, booklets, and much more to
enhance your skills and stay updated with the latest practices.

I encourage all employees to embrace this opportunity to enhance learning and stay at
the forefront of our respective fields. Remember, knowledge is power, and with the new

The information in this booklet is for the guidance of staff working


in field and is not a substitute of any Bank Circular/ guidelines. The

What is PNB Gyan Kosh ?

With the introduction of the concept of Job Family, a need is felt to


rearrange the various learning material present under different sections in
Knowledge Centre Website in a way that allows quick & easy access as per
job family.

PNB Gyan Kosh is a new dashboard containing identified learning material/


documents as per 15 Job Families and the link is made available through
Knowledge Centre portal.

Process Flow

Step 1: On Clicking the PNB Gyan Kosh “Click Here” button, the following
screen containing folders of 15 Job Families will open.

Step 2: On Clicking any of the Job Family, respective sub-category wise


folders of selected Job Family will open.

Step 3: On Clicking a sub category folder: Booklets, Manuals etc related to


selected sub-category will open.

Step 4: On Clicking any option for example “Booklets”, Booklet Page with list
of all Booklets will open.

Step 5: On Clicking any Booklet, respective Booklet will get downloaded.

Step 6: Similarly on Clicking on Manuals, Podcasts etc the documents


pertaining to the respective categories will open.
