stakeholders, purchase of consumables, managed the general amenities (generating sets, electricals, plumbing),
vendor management and ensure completion of contracts, insurance management etc.
- Processed and follow up on the payment of all utility bills, premiums and license fees.
- Ensured all maintenance/repair work is in executed accordance to specification and standard.
- Supervised the facility (fixtures & fittings) is constantly conducive and safe.
- Supervised the Technical, IT and Security team to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensured the company fleet are up to date in terms of documentation, accessories and fueling needs met
- Ensured all accident/incident are reported and insurance claim are recovered.
