PROJECTS Summary
1. Design and implementation of flow control and monitoring system Team Leader
In particular cheese filling machines there are external pipes to add solidifying ingredients, the problem
that there were huge amount of packs that were not filled correctly and wasted if the external dosing Page
system malfunctioned, so we designed a system to control and monitor the flow of the external added |3
ingredients and stop the machine and generate an alarm before any waste or incorrect filling happens.
2. SMI Pak shrink Machine restoration Team Leader
Presented the cost analysis of replacing vs restoring the machine, assisted the team members in
ordering the spare parts and manufacturing the needed mechanical parts, organized the activities of
team members including the mechanical, electrical and welding teams, handed over the machine on time
and put on service with the minimum start up malfunctions.
3. Installation and Commissioning of a Tetrapak A3 packing and distribution line
assisted in assembling modules in the A3CF filling machine and the distribution equipment, assisted in the
commissioning of the line and get it in service and insure the quality and the sterility of the production.
4. Design and manufacturing a 3D printer (academic graduation project)
In particular, the aim was to design full x y z movement requirements, design a board to hold
all electronic parts, performing software to control all the hardware components and
manufacturing allthose parts.
5. Recycling Plastic Bank Extruder (academic graduation rd project)
Accommodates a variety of input polymer materials specifically designed to extrude virgin and
recycled PET Flakes .
