it’s useful to avoid annoying and sometimes dangerous oscillations at the moment
when the process is almost the same as the setpoint.

P-30 Maximum time impulse (1.0/25.5sec).
This parameter defines the cycle time for the outputs with proportional time. For

P-38 Derivative time (0.0/999.9 sec). (0 excludes derivative)
These parameters define the parameters of P.I.D. modulation.

11. Special software functions

11.1 Recovery of interrupted cycle

The recovery function is very useful for the
temperature regulation of ovens. In case of lack
power supply, at the restart the ATR610 is able to
carry on the interrupted cycle. At the restart if the
oven temperature (process) is under the set-point
value, the ATR610 stops the cycle in progress
and it starts a step with programmable rise
gradient (parameter no.23) to go back to the set-
point value made up just before the black out, and
it starts the cycle from that point.
During the recovery stage the led START flashes,
the timer is off and the display shows .
To switch this function off, instead of step number.
bring the value of the recovery
The recovery is ON only for step with
gradient to the zero (P-23).
positive or null gradient.
To go out by hand from the recovery
condition press or .

32
11.2 Waiting for step end
This function is very useful to control the
cooking cycle on ovens. In case at the end of a
step the distance between process and set-
point(1) exceeds the value parameter no. 22,
the controller starts with the next step only
after waiting the time set on parameter no.21,
or when the difference becomes smaller than
parameter no.22 (see graph beside).
During the waiting stage the led START
flashes, the timer is stopped and the display
visualizes . Instead of step number.
To quit the function of “waiting end
To switch this function off, enter
step” by hand press or .
zero for the time of waiting end step
(P-21).

(1)
If the oven temperature is in advance or delay compared to the set-point of end step.
