Final Exam Part 2 - Take Home Assignment

Hi,

Following up with our previous communication, we now welcome you to the Final Exam -
Part 2 - Take Home Assignment, becoming a Data Analyst is just a few submissions from now.

If you are receiving this message it means you are eligible for the Part 2- Final Exam as you
have completed all the modules with 80% or more, passed MidTerm - 2 Exam and are
eligible for Final Exam Part -1.

Exam Instructions :
Below are the documents for Google Sheets Assignment and Power BI Assignment which
contains all the details needed to complete the assignment.

Submission :
● Submission Process : Kindly go through the below document to understand the whole
submission procedure. Assignment Submission Process
● Name of Drive submission file : Final Exam- Take home assignment submission-
{Your Name and Batch(DA-XX)}
● Grant File Access : The above document contains the Google Form to submit the final
drive which contains solutions. Make sure to select “view access to everyone with the
link” option, before submitting the links. Also provide view access of the drive folder or
any other files that you submit.

● EXAM Timeline : You must complete the above assignments within 48 hours and submit
by Monday, 18th March 2024 before 11:59:00 AM IST.
○ THA exam duration : 48 hrs
○ Start time : 12:01 PM on 20-Jan-2024
○ End time(Submission time) : 11:59:00 AM on 16-March-2024
● Penalty : Not adhering to the above mentioned timeline will result in
deduction of score. Late submission will be accepted for an additional 24
hours with score deduction, and beyond which the submissions form will be
closed.
 ○ 5% deduction upto 6 hours of delay : Submissions that will be received
after 11:59:00 AM on 18-March-2024, and before 6:00 PM on
18-March-2024, will receive 5 % deduction from their achieved score.
○ 10% deduction upto 24 hours of delay : Submissions that will be
received after 6:00 PM on 18-March-2024, and before 11:59:00 AM on
19-March-2024, will receive 10 % deduction from their achieved score.
○ Submission form will be closed at 11:59:00 AM on 19-March-2024. All
those learners who will not be submitting the assignment before
11:59:00 AM on 19-March-2024(within 72hrs) will be considered as
failed.

Results :
The results will be shared by 28th March 2024.
Note : The sharing of the results also depends on the availability of the evaluator, so kindly
corporate if there is any delay.

Passing Criteria : Learners need to score 70 % or more individually in Google sheet

and Power BI Assignment. Failing in either one will result in failure in Take home
Assignment(THA) and Learner will have to reappear in the THA exam. (Includes
both GS and PBI)

Important Points :
● Please get started immediately to make the most of the time at hand and work on the
submission of the final exam.
● Please do not take any help from the mentors as you are required to complete the final
exam on your own.
● Go through the submission procedure thoroughly, it is very important to submit the
assignment in the same format as mentioned in the document.
● The assignment should be submitted before the deadline as mentioned above, else it
won't be considered for evaluation.
● What fails you in the THA exam:
○ If any learner is found not adhering to the “Code of conduct”: caught
cheating, sharing his/her assignment with another learner, Plagiarism
breach, CI will consider this as a serious offence and learners submission will
not be considered, resulting in failure. In such cases CI can also debar such
learners from any further attempt , and also from Placements.
○ If any learner does not submit his/her assignment within the stipulated time,
i.e. 48 hrs without any deduction, and within 72 hrs with penalty. No
 submissions will be accepted after 72 hrs, resulting in failure and the learner
can reappear.
○ Missing Fies /View Access not granted : If any learner fails to submit any
required GS and Pbi file and document, it will result in failure and the learner
can reappear.
○ If any learner fails to score 70% in either GS or Power- BI Assignment, it will
result in failure and the learner can reappear.
● What if you fail in the exam: IF you fail in the take home assignment, you can
reappear in the exam, a maximum of total 3 attempts(including the first attempt) will
be given to pass the exam. After which you will not be allowed to reappear.

● How to Reappear in THA : In order to reappear in the THA exam , you will need to
raise a request with the support team. Based on your eligibility and schedule of the next
THA exam date, the timeline will be shared with you. Kindly Be patient with the team, as
this can be a time taking process. We suggest you fully prepare before making the
reappear request.

Code Of Conduct
At Coding Invaders, we believe in creating a positive and inclusive learning

Every submitted assignment can/will be subject to random checks for plagiarism with
other students of the course. Therefore kindly ensure that you are submitting the
assignments with honest attempts and integrity.
Learners are not allowed to request, share or discuss solutions for any graded
component of the Program on any online platform. If any such act is done by the
learner, he or she will be marked ‘zero’ (0) in that particular graded component which
might lead to student failing in the course and thereby becoming ineligible for the Job
Guarantee and/or placements.
Remember, the purpose of this code of conduct is to create a safe and inclusive
learning environment for all students. We expect your cooperation in upholding

Plagiarism Policy: Under this policy, we want to highlight and ensure that exams are
conducted fairly, without any unethical involvements. We have recently noticed that Many
learners have copied the assignments from their peers. Which is why this Policy is
implemented.
Under this policy, If any learner is found copying / taking help from other learners/
cheating/ sharing information regarding the Take Home assignment, Strict actions will be
taken. One or all of the following actions can be against the learner.

● The learners submission will be rejected, Failing in the exam.

● The learner can be debarred from reappearing in the exam.
● The learner will not be moved to the placement stage, and will not be
provided with any placement Guarantee/Assistance, whichever is applicable.
● The learner can be asked to stop learning with CI, his/her access to the
learning materials will be revoked.
