Project # 3: Billing Software - Rogers Canada
A glitch in Rogers Mobility's billing system left some customers who have unlimited texting packages with huge charges after they
were mistakenly charged for every outgoing message.
Project 4: Service Ontario Contact Centre Optimization – Government of Ontario
The project was a large-scale initiative aimed at improving the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the contact center operations.

Project 2: Healthcare Web Portal and Mobile Application – Tata 1mg.com
1mg offers its consumers services such as diagnostics, medicine, preventative healthcare, prescriptions, and online Q&A on a single
platform. The aim of the project was to make medicines more accessible to consumers & create a value chain by linking patients to
partnering doctors via the Ask Doctor Button. This led to exponential growth with over 25 million orders & presence in 1000+
locations.

Project 2: Data Integration STP Galileo web services
This web portal enabled various clients to seamlessly integrate the application with Galileo system using web services. Integration
with Galileo GDS system allowed to access information about seat, rates, availability, discounts and live reservation. It provided
cutting-edge Galileo travel reservation system for air bookings, hotel bookings, car bookings, holiday bookings and transfer bookings.

Was involved in the entire PMLC from Pre-Project Work, where I created a Business Case to various other project management
documents based on the requirements to assist Project Manager and Sponsor.
