JD - NATS Trainee
Job Description:
CEAT Tyres Ltd. is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Machine Operator
Trainee (NATS Trainee) at our Nagpur facility. As a NATS Trainee, you will be involved in the
production process of manufacturing tyres, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards
are met.
Responsibilities:
1. Operate and monitor machinery used in tyre manufacturing processes according
to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
2. Assist in the setup, calibration, and adjustment of machines to ensure proper
functioning and product quality.
3. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify and resolve any issues or
malfunctions promptly.
4. Monitor production output and quality control parameters to meet daily targets
and maintain high-quality standards.
5. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes
and identify areas for improvement.
6. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working
environment for yourself and your colleagues.
7. Follow instructions from senior operators and supervisors to learn and develop
proficiency in operating various machinery and equipment.
8. Maintain accurate records of production activities, machine maintenance, and any
incidents or deviations from standard procedures.
9. Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical skills and
knowledge related to tyre manufacturing processes.
10. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the overall
objectives of the manufacturing facility.
Qualifications:
1. Educational
Qualification: Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, ET & T, Civil,
Instrumentation), B.Sc.(Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) -
2021/2022/2023 Pass out & 2024 Appearing Student only
Not desirable: B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc Completed or pursuing.
Candidate should not be registered under any Apprentice Scheme
previously.
2. Physical attributes (desirable for machine working)
Height: Male- Minimum 152.5 cm || Female- 152.5 cm
Weight: Male- Minimum 50 Kg || Female- Minimum 45 Kg
Age : 18-24 years
Physical stamina and the ability to stand, lift, and move objects as
required.
3. Candidate should not be registered under any Apprentice Scheme previously.
4. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
5. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
7. Flexibility to work in shifts.
Compensation:
1. This position offers a stipend of 15,000 Rs per month + bonus for the training period.
2. On confirmation (evaluation after completion of one year) – CTC 22,000 Rs per
month + Bonus.
