MOUNTAINHIGH9’S AMAZON REFUND GUIDE

AMAZON REFUNDS

Introduction to myself my name is MountainHigh9 I have been around the darknet for a few years now
Usually buying but I have now decided to start selling my knowledge and services on the markets.
All my guides are normally based around a mixture of guides I purchased or came across and improved to
make better (an all source re written guide)

CHAPTER 1 - WHAT YOU WILL NEED


IF USED DROP?
If you used a drop all appropriate security measures will be needed
● VPN/SOCKS
● AMAZON ACCOUNT

IF PERSONAL ADDRESS USED?


Same as above but no VPN or SOCKS

CHAPTER 2 - WHAT’S AHEAD


We are going to be using some social engineering skills ( do not worry if you have never done it before I
have included some transcripts you can use or to give yourself an idea of what is needed to be said)
All of this will be over amazons live rep chat or email so do not worry you do not have to use the phone
even though phoning them would be more believable to them and a quicker process for you.
With this method you can get a full refund including shipping costs or you can get a double dip(same item
sent again)

CHAPTER 3 - GETTING EVERYTHING READY


Ok so 1st off we are going to need an amazon account you can either use your own or make a fresh one, I
would recommend one that has already had orders as this gives a better look when the amazon staff look
into your account but a fresh account would work so do not worry if you are wanting to use a fresh account.
Place an order with amazon but I recommend not exceed more than $1400 / £900 (my own opinion)
Once the order has been placed WAIT FOR THE ORDER TO ARRIVE do not try to do what I am going
to show you wile the order is still in transit this will only backfire on you it is important to wait I suggest
waiting to contact amazon 6 hours after tracking number states “delivered”
Now there is two ways of doing this method
1. Get a friend waiting at the front of your house making it look like he is doing work (cutting the grass
etc) get him to sign for the package.
2. Or you can take the order as normal (you will understand later in the guide)
Ok so now we have the order and have waited around 6 hours its time to move onto the next step of
contacting Amazon.
The best way of doing this via a PC is the live chat feature this can be found on the “Contact Us” section of
the site.
It will ask you to choose an option from the drop down menu on the page I would always use “where is my
stuff” this can work for both ways of this method as shown above.
Please read over the transcripts I have provided and either use them or come up with your own just get some
practice so you know what you are going to say when connected to a live agent (especially if your phoning
up)

CHAPTER 3 - TRANSCRIPTS
Ok so everything is set up you have your order and are ready to contact Amazon, there are going to be two
types of situations that im going to show you that have worked very well for me in the past it is entirely up
to you which transcript you use or even try and create your own just be believable

1. THE TRACKING STATES YOUR ITEMS HAVE ARRIVED BUT YOU HAVE
NOT GOT YOUR ITEM (USE THIS WITH THE FRIEND SIGNING FOR THE
PACKAGE METHOD)

“Hi there I was supposed to be receiving my order today and checked the tracking
online and says delivered/ signed for but I have not got the order, I have checked
with all my family and neighbours and none of them have it, I am really confused
and upset about this” “The order was for my daughters birthday (any occasion will
do - try to keep it involving a child most people help more when a child is involed)

This one works very well makes the amazon assistant 1. feel sorry for you about the
situation and 2. makes them want to try and calm you down.

2. MY PACKAGE ARRIVED BUT NO ITEMS INSIDE (BUY A CHEAP BOOK)

“Hi I just received my package from amazon. The package was received in perfect
condition. There were no scratches, marks, dents or physical damage to the package.
The package was still sealed by amazon nobody else opened it. I opened the package
only to find that there was no item inside or there was only (one item inside the
book)”

This works well because you have passed Amazons security tests by mentioning things in the transcript
above, That it is not damaged, still sealed, received packaged etc.

NOW IT ALL DEPENDS IF YOU WANT A REFUND OR DOUBLE DIP


The Staff member would normally ask how you would like to resolve the matter if they dont
just drop the next quotes in anyway.
FOR A REFUND
“I am not happy with the service from amazon one bit, I ordered them because I
needed the items by tomorrow and now I will not have them, I would like to request a
refund as this service is no longer needed as I now have to go to (name of a shop) to get
the items I was supposed to get from Amazon”

FOR A DOUBLE DIP

A double dip requires a bit more work and you may get passed on to a higher department
but do not worry keep to your story and everything will be fine.

“So what happens now ? Can I get my order resent to me ? How can we solve this issue?”

By saying either of the two you are putting pressure on the Staff member but do not get angry
or be rude as this will not get you anywhere with amazon, the main thing is to look
UPSET - CONFUSED - WORRIED this makes them want to help you more and to
provide a smooth service to help you both calm down and relax.

CHAPTER 4 - OUTCOME
By now you should have confirmation of either a refund or a replacement if not then ask to
speak to somebody who has higher authority and repeat the process again to them.

Some agents prefer the situation to be dealt with by somebody higher up than they are but
this only happens on rare occasions 99% of the time they will issue you your refund or
replacement

CHAPTER 5 - TIPS AND TRICKS


● ITEMS MUST BE SOLD BY AMAZON (NOT A SELLER WITHIN AMAZON)
● DO NOT OVER DO REFUNDS MAKE SURE YOU DO SOME “LEGIT” ORDERS
IF YOUR DOING ON YOUR PERSONAL ACCOUNT
● ORDER A CHEAP BOOK BUT SAY THAT WAS THE ONLY ITEM RECEIVED IN THE
PARCEL (LIKE MENTIONED ON THE TRANSCRIPTS)
● IF HAVING A REFUND ORDER ANY SHIPPING SPEED BECAUSE THIS WILL JUST
GET REFUNDED BACK TO YOU
