AMAZON REFUNDS
Introduction to myself my name is MountainHigh9 I have been around the darknet for a few years now
Usually buying but I have now decided to start selling my knowledge and services on the markets.

CHAPTER 3 - TRANSCRIPTS
Ok so everything is set up you have your order and are ready to contact Amazon, there are going to be two
types of situations that im going to show you that have worked very well for me in the past it is entirely up
to you which transcript you use or even try and create your own just be believable
1. THE TRACKING STATES YOUR ITEMS HAVE ARRIVED BUT YOU HAVE
NOT GOT YOUR ITEM (USE THIS WITH THE FRIEND SIGNING FOR THE
PACKAGE METHOD)
“Hi there I was supposed to be receiving my order today and checked the tracking
online and says delivered/ signed for but I have not got the order, I have checked
with all my family and neighbours and none of them have it, I am really confused
and upset about this” “The order was for my daughters birthday (any occasion will
do - try to keep it involving a child most people help more when a child is involed)
This one works very well makes the amazon assistant 1. feel sorry for you about the
situation and 2. makes them want to try and calm you down.
“Hi I just received my package from amazon. The package was received in perfect
condition. There were no scratches, marks, dents or physical damage to the package.
The package was still sealed by amazon nobody else opened it. I opened the package
only to find that there was no item inside or there was only (one item inside the
book)”
This works well because you have passed Amazons security tests by mentioning things in the transcript
above, That it is not damaged, still sealed, received packaged etc.
A double dip requires a bit more work and you may get passed on to a higher department
but do not worry keep to your story and everything will be fine.
“So what happens now ? Can I get my order resent to me ? How can we solve this issue?”
By saying either of the two you are putting pressure on the Staff member but do not get angry
or be rude as this will not get you anywhere with amazon, the main thing is to look
UPSET - CONFUSED - WORRIED this makes them want to help you more and to
provide a smooth service to help you both calm down and relax.
CHAPTER 4 - OUTCOME
By now you should have confirmation of either a refund or a replacement if not then ask to
speak to somebody who has higher authority and repeat the process again to them.
Some agents prefer the situation to be dealt with by somebody higher up than they are but
this only happens on rare occasions 99% of the time they will issue you your refund or
replacement
