    ORDER

    Consequent upon their nomination by CVC vide letter No. 013/VGL/084/499813,


    Dt. 2 1/12/21, the approval of the competent authority is conveyed to the appointment of
    Smt. Rashmi Verma, IAS(Retd.) and Shri Om Prakash Dadhich, IRS (Retd.)as
    Independent External Monitors (IliMs) in Ministry of Information and Broadcasting for
    implementation of Integrity Pact, with immediate effect. Their appointment will be on
    contract basis for an initial period of three years unless otherwise terminated earlier by and
    at the discretion of either party upon one month's written notice.

    2. The role/duties/appointment of IEMs and remuneration payable to them under this


    order shall be governed by Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) issued by CVC vide their
    Circular No. 0151VGL/091 dated 25.0 1.2022. A copy of the same is enclosed for reference.
    Further, comprehensive guidelines on Procurement Policy may be accessed by lEMs for
    reference! guidance purpose at D/O expenditure's website at
    https://doe.gov. in/procurement-policy-division.

    3. IEMs are required to sign and return a Non-Disclosure Agreement, as enclosed


    (Annexure-I ) within 07 days of the issue of this Order. The Agreement may be signed on
    all the pages.

    4. This issues with the concurrence of IFD of the Ministry of Information and
    Broadcasting vide their Dy. No. 005/2023 dated 05.01.2023.
