    Dear Sir,
    First of all we are thank you very much for your valuable enquiry, Based on your requirment given to us,
    we ar pleased to quote following rates

    Terms & Conditions For SPMS (Schedule Preventive Maintenance Service ) Contract:-

    1. Four Routine AC Services Quaterly in year. As well as attend on any breakdown including necessary replacement of parts.
    2. Replacement of compressor, in case its gets defective.
    3. Lubricating bearings of motor/fans, checking oil levels in various equipments like compressors, starters, etc.
    4. Checking of refrigerant leaks including topping up / charging refrigerant.
    5. Checking belt tension alignments of all drives, tightening of nuts and bolts.
    6. Checking operations of all controls like HP/LP/OLP/Thermostat, etc.
    7. Attending of breakdown calls in a year at no extra cost.
    8. Attending to major breakdown calls such as overvaluing, descaling of condensers, supply of
    all required spares, materials, refrigerant and oil will be taken care as a part of contract.
    9. Exceptions shall be,
    a. Replacement of sheet metal parts from panel grill outer
    wrapper/casing, air filters, control knobs and painting of any kind.
    b. Replacement of condenser coil / evaporator coil deterioration due
    to site atmospheric conditions.

    We are offering this scheme for your air conditioners for the period of one year .We request you to get into this contract.

    Payment Terms : 50 % Payment against PO and remaining 50% After 6 Month From Date Of PO .
    Payment shall be accepted NEFT , by cheque or RTGS After rising the Bill agaist each servicing.
    GST & Taxees : GST Will be 18 % charged extra at actual. Any Statutory deviation in taxes & Duties at time of delivery will be to customers accounts.
    Transpotation : Freight & Packaging prices are inclusive in above.
    Scope :For height Work ladder, Scaf-holding , Crane will be in your scope.
    Any POP and Cealing related work will be in your scope.
    Warranty : 6 months against manufacturing defect. This warranty covers either
    replacement or rectification, repair of defective items as per our descretion.
    Validity of offer : 20 days from the date of submission of offer.
    Billing : Final Billing based on at actual measurements.
    Cancellation of order : Order placed on us shall be firm and final, in the event of any cancellation by
    the customer for no reasons attributable to AIRBEE and if delivery of
    material is not taken within a pre agrred delivery period, the 100% adv. Payment
    received with the order shall be forfeited by AIRBEE as order cancellation charge.
