1.0 Purpose:
To establish guidelines for the use and reimbursement of Employees for using the Mobile phones
provided by CADPOINT for Tele Calling Purpose.

2.0 Scope:
This policy applies to all employees who are required, by their job duties, to use a Company Mobile
phone.

3.0 Responsibilities:
It is the responsibility of all employees who are required to have a cell phone for their job duties to ensure
compliance with this policy.

4.0 Usage:
It is CADPOINT policy that representatives of our organization who are issued a cellular phone
understand the phones are issued for business use. Employees are expected to make every effort to not
exceed the current contracted allowed minutes.

SUB: Issuing Mobile Phone & Sim card

With reference to the captioned subject, the Management has decided to provide you with
mobile and sim services under closed user group connection for the position that you have joined
with us. Your designation allows us to provide with [Model of the phone] allotted by the
company. Cellular phone bills are reviewed when they arrive, any employee who exceeds their
contracted allowed minutes is subject to additional usage review and the company bears only the
rental allotted to your usage for marketing and any excess of the limit shall be rendered from
your salary.
In case of loss / damage of the handset, you shall be required to replace the handset at your own
cost. At the time of leaving the services of the Company, you will have to return this handset and
sim card to the undersigned of the Company.

We won’t allow employees to:

 Surf the internet, text and talk on the phone for personnel purpose.

 Turn off or silence the phones


 Play games on the cell phone during working hours.
 Use their cell phones camera or microphone to record confidential information
 Download or upload inappropriate, illegal or obscene material on a company cell phone
using a corporate internet connection.

Employees may face severe disciplinary action up to and including termination, in cases when
they:

 Cause a security breach.

 Violate our confidentiality policy.
