Eid-ul-Fitr is celebrated on the 1st of Shawwal-ul Mukarram in
celebration of the completion of the fast of Ramadan. On this day,
Muslims thank Allah Almighty that Allah Almighty has given them the
reward of fasting
He gave me the opportunity to do it. Eid-ul-Fitr is the reward of the fasts
of Ramadan. On the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, Allah has ordered the
fortunate Muslims to pay Sadaqah al-Fitr. It is paid in the form of
specified amount of goods or cash. This Fitrana is performed by every
member of the household before the Eid prayer. On the one hand,
Fitrana makes up for the lack of fasts, and on the other hand, it provides
financial support to the poor, indigent and needy. By which these people
also participate in the joys of Eid.
