• Without software, most computers would be useless.
• Without your internet browser, software you could not surf internet or
read this page and without an operating system, the browser could
run on your computer.

• Troubleshooting is the process of identifying, planning and resolving a
problem, error or fault within a software or computer system.
• Is a systematic approach to problem solving that is often used to find and
correct issues with complex machines, electronics, computers and software
systems.
